How to use the Ignore User function?

Quite a few NB functions do not work on my laptop, and I’m not sure how to use the ‘add to ignore list’ function. I want to ignore one user in particular, but I can’t seem to get it to work. When I click on their profile, the option is there, but when I click it, it takes me to a blank page and the action isn’t completed.

Does anyone know how to carry this out?

What browser are you using? Sometimes that makes a difference. Usually Chrome will work pretty well, but I guess it depends on updates and stuff. [name_f]Hope[/name_f] you can get it resolved soon!
