How would a berry complete our sibset?

[name]Hi[/name] Berries!

My husband and I are starting to think about TTC#3. I love names (and nameberry!) and can’t stop thinking about the “perfect” name to complete our sibset.

Older brother is [name]Trevor[/name] [name]Matthew[/name] (nn [name]Trev[/name]) and younger sister is [name]Adelaide[/name] [name]Lauren[/name] (nn [name]Addy[/name]). [name]Both[/name] middle names are family names and we would definitely continue this for baby no. 3. Also, since we have already been blessed with one of each, we plan to keep the gender a surprise this time around.

So, I am curious as to which names berries think would best complete our sibset if it’s a girl?

  • [name]Lillian[/name] [name]Josephine[/name] (nn [name]Lily[/name]) - my husband’s favorite

  • [name]Eloise[/name] [name]Josephine[/name] (nn [name]Elle[/name] or [name]Lola[/name])

  • [name]Charlotte[/name] [name]Josephine[/name]

[name]How[/name] about if it’s a boy?

  • [name]Owen[/name] [name]Joseph[/name] - I [name]LOVE[/name] the name [name]Owen[/name]… only thing I worry about is “OJ” as initials. Would this bother you?

  • [name]Nolan[/name] [name]Joseph[/name] - my husband’s favorite

I am open to other first name suggestions as well!

Thanks!!

I think [name]Eloise[/name] [name]Josephine[/name] ([name]Lola[/name] as a nn is adorable) and [name]Nolan[/name] [name]Joseph[/name] would both work well.

The OJ thing actually would kind of bother me, but I also knew a guy called OJ when I was growing up, so it’s more a name association with him rather than OJ [name]Simpson[/name].

With [name]Trevor[/name] and [name]Adelaide[/name] ([name]Trev[/name] and [name]Addy[/name]), I like [name]Lillian[/name] [name]Josephine[/name] and [name]Owen[/name] [name]Joseph[/name] the best. I don’t think you could go wrong with any of your choices, though, and I adore [name]Charlotte[/name] just as much as I love [name]Lillian[/name]!

The OJ thing… I don’t think it would bother me. I had [name]Oscar[/name] [name]Joseph[/name] on my list for a while and it didn’t bother me in the slightest. I don’t even know if my youngest sister (16) knows who OJ [name]Simpson[/name] is, and I doubt very many people will make the connection. I think most people are known by their first and last initial, which, in that case, wouldn’t be OJ, right?

I Like [name]Lillian[/name] [name]Josephine[/name] better with [name]Trevor[/name]. But [name]Eloise[/name] [name]Josephine[/name] Better with [name]Adelaide[/name]. But I’d have to say [name]Eloise[/name]. It’s so classic. And [name]Lola[/name] is adorable. Plus te names [name]Elle[/name] and [name]Josephine[/name] run in my family.
And for a boy [name]Owen[/name] matches your other children’s names better than [name]Nolan[/name]. And I like that it’s not a common name. Initial don’t really matter bc most people won’t know who OJ is in a few years. But I’m a bigger fan of [name]Nolan[/name].

I think for a girl [name]Lillian[/name] [name]Josephine[/name] and for a boy [name]Owen[/name] [name]Joseph[/name]. I wouldn’t worry to much about OJ because like pp most people won’t really remember who he is especially your kids generation.

I like [name]Lillian[/name] [name]Josephine[/name] as well. As for the OJ thing, the first thing that comes to my mind is orange juice, not OJ [name]Simpson[/name], so I think it’s fine. I doubt anyone will notice. I think [name]Trevor[/name], [name]Adelaide[/name], and [name]Owen[/name] makes the better sibset.
