[name]Esther[/name]: Lives in the city, sits out on her balcony where she smokes and reads. Loves the rain, has long hair, doe-eyed. Very care free.
[name]Hester[/name]: [name]Fussy[/name], broad chested girl. Has strawberry blonde hair and constantly looks uncomfortable.
[name]Emmeline[/name]: Wears mostly black and white, with ruby stained lips. Dresses very classy and has thick eyebrows and dark hair with fair skin. Wears high heels and diamonds even around the house.

I can’t picture a baby named [name]Esther[/name], [name]Hester[/name] or [name]Polly[/name] honestly. I can picture little old ladies with hunchbacks and chin hair though! Haha sorry if that sounds rough, just the first image that comes to mind!

[name]Annabel[/name], [name]Emmeline[/name] and [name]Adelaide[/name] I can also see as cute young ladies with a lot of personality, very out-going and happy.

I think of a very studious, bluestocking type of girl for all of these names (except maybe [name]Annabel[/name] and [name]Meredith[/name])!
[name]Adelaide[/name] - Girly girl, sweet, and loves flowers.
[name]Esther[/name] - Bookish with hip glasses and a forceful personality.
[name]Hester[/name] - Awkward and shy, but extremely bighearted.
[name]Emmeline[/name] - Fun, friendly and popular.
[name]Annabel[/name] - Full of wonder with her head always in the clouds.
[name]Meredith[/name] - Wistful and mildly pessimistic.
[name]Polly[/name] - Naive and loves to laugh.
As a (late-teenage) [name]Annabel[/name] myself, I am pretty pleased that these are all how people might see my name, as they’re either how I would describe myself or would like my life to be in, say, 5 years time! As my nickname shows, I am a complete dreamer, I would say I have a pretty ‘big’ and outgoing personality, I adore quirky and colourful fashion (but not big-label brands, just whatever I see and love - vintage features highly in my loves!) I get ridiculously excited about things and am constantly in a state of ‘wonder’ about the world, I would love to live in a big city and my friends are always getting me to for once be quiet about my very outspoken beliefs!

[name]Adelaide[/name]: This name has grown on me. I originally didn’t like the “add” and “laide” sound that it has, but I seem to be getting past that. I picture a little blond with a bookish personality and glasses.
[name]Esther[/name] and [name]Hester[/name]: I don’t like either of these names. It makes me think of [name]Lester[/name] the Molester, [name]Esther[/name] the Molester, [name]Hester[/name] the Molester etc.
[name]Emmeline[/name]: This name is sweet and I can picture a little girl with big eyes and an outgoing personality.
[name]Annabel[/name]: I picture a cow.
[name]Meredith[/name]: I know a little girl name [name]Meredith[/name] and she is a sweet little brunette with glasses and a ponytail.
[name]Polly[/name]: I can’t picture a little girl with this name. Parrots and crackers keeping popping up in my mind.
