“[name]Ah[/name]-ruh-[name]BEL[/name]-luh” is the way I pronounce it. I don’t know why people would say “air” when it’s spelled “ar”.

Ar-ah-[name]BELL[/name]-a. First syllable definitely not like “air”-- more just like saying the letter “r”, following by ah-[name]BELL[/name]-ah. First syllable rhymes with “car”. I’m from the [name]East[/name] Coast, if that makes a difference.

It’s dependent on the dialect you speak. Everything listed is correct, it’s just a regional difference, like how some people pronounce [name]Cara[/name] “CAIR-a,” some say “CAH-ra” (like the beginning of “cat”) and some say “CAR-a.” I use the second pronunciation, you can pick whichever you like best. It’s really not a very difficult name, I don’t think.

I’ve always pronounced it “Ahr-uh-bell-uh”. “[name]Air[/name]-uh-bell-uh” doesn’t make any sense.

I like both the “ah” and “air” pronunciations! I’ve heard both and it’s just a personal preference. I think it’s be hard for me to choose which one I like better.

I say ‘a-ra-bella’. ‘a’ like in cat. Not ah or air.

Always said it like air uh [name]BELL[/name] a, but(like the letter r) r-a-[name]BELL[/name]-a makes sense too. Definitely regional.

Instinctively I would say it [name]Air[/name]-uh-bella but I think it is actually supposed to be Ar-uh-bella.
