Interesting. My first thought was De-lane as well, but I was looking up another name that some folks pronounced one way and others made the “e” at the end have a “y” sound. I started thinking that maybe I was missing something and [name_u]Delaine[/name_u] would be pronounced the same as [name_u]Delaney[/name_u]. Thanks for the feedback!
De-lane. Like [name_f]Elaine[/name_f], but with a ‘D’.
