I read it as close to [name]Serena[/name], but more like sear-ee-na.

Okay, thanks for the response. Anyone else care to respond?

I had to be honest and I voted like “[name]Serena[/name]” only because I think (other people’s) kree8tiv spellings have numbed me a bit to spellings that actually are pronounced differently! It’s so sad. If I give it another look though, I would say the first option.

ME. I care to respond :stuck_out_tongue:

I read it as to “sigh-reen-ah”, but speak and think of it as “sigh-ren-ah”. I think it’s supposed to be pronounced akin to [name]Serena[/name], but I’m not 100% certain. Either way it has a lovely sound, but it’s very likely to have people saying it a few different ways.

hmm i’m going to go ahead and say it’s suppose to be sigh-ree-nah

Maybe if we spell it [name]Sirena[/name]?

I voted for “like [name]Serena[/name]”, too, although it’s not completely like that for me, it’s more sih-ree-nah as opposed to seh-ree-nah, if that makes sense. I like [name]Syrena[/name] a lot!

I went to college with a girl named [name]Sirena[/name] that had the pronunciation that you want.

I’m super sad that [name]Syrena[/name] is being pronounce like [name]Serena[/name]. I hate creative misspellings and i assumed that [name]SY[/name] wouldn’t be pronounced the same as SE because in this place, the Y wouldn’t be phonetically correct.

[name]Ah[/name] well, I’ll talk with my friend and see what he wants to do.

I pronounce it either Sigh-[name]REE[/name]-na or Sigh-[name]REN[/name]-uh.
