I was gonna do a quick poll but realized that I have no idea how diverse the pronunciation could potentially get.
So, short answer style, how would you pronounce Zephyrine?

ZEHF-uhr-een
Zeph-uh - reen
(Zeph rhyming with Steph)
Zeff-uhr-EEN
ZEH-fer-reen!
zeph-urr-EEN
[name_f]Glad[/name_f] I asked because none of these are how I’d say it in [name_f]English[/name_f]
!
ZEFF-er-en!
ZEHF-ur-een
zehf-er-EEN
How do you say it in [name_f]English[/name_f]?
ZEFF-er-ryn (but it comes out like 2.5 syllables, almost like zeff-ryn)!
Zeff-er-in! I think I say it very similar to you, but I definitely say it with the full 3 syllables!
ZEF-er-een
In [name_f]English[/name_f] — Zeh - fur - een or Zeh - fur - ine (like the word line). For your pronunciation I’d use Zephryin.
In my best imitation of Greek, which I don’t speak — Zeh-FEER-een or Zeh-FEER-ine. In Spanish I’d say it similar but with a softer Sehh sound at the beginning
zeh-fih-reen
ZEH-fer-in
Zeph-ear-een (ear like the body part).
I’ve always said it ZEF-ryn, only 2 syllables
