I prefer [name_f]Annalee[/name_f]. I think it is the most intuitive. Never having seen [name_f]Annalie[/name_f] before, I think someone would pronounce it with a long “I” sound at the end rather than the long “E”. And I think [name_f]Anneli[/name_f]'s pronunciation is even less intuitive. Uh-ne-lee would be my guess rather than An-el-ee. I know they’re all pronounced the same way, I’m just saying they don’t look to an uninformed person that they would.
[name_f]Anna[/name_f] [name_u]Lee[/name_u] or [name_f]Anna[/name_f] [name_u]Leigh[/name_u]. Both avoid the ‘anal’ issue
My son went to gymnastics class with an [name_f]Anna[/name_f]-[name_u]Leigh[/name_u] (double barreled). I like [name_f]Annaleigh[/name_f]
I do like the spelling of [name_f]Annalie[/name_f], but my favorite is [name_f]Annalee[/name_f].
