How would you spell it

I’m pronouncing it like “caim-bree”. I feel that spelling it Caimbree cheapens the look but clears up the pronounciation.

[name_f]Cambree[/name_f]
Caimbree
[name_f]Cambri[/name_f]
Kambree
Kambri

Awe what a cute name  I would spell it Caimbree! All other spellings I would pronounce “cam-bree”, and since it’s not a very common name with one main recognized spelling anyway I don’t think Caimbree cheapens anything.

That being said, I like the more phonetic spellings of names that could have pronunciation confusion (i.e. I actually prefer [name_f]Aleesha[/name_f] over [name_f]Alicia[/name_f] if it’s going to be pronounced that way). The reason being that it just saves needless confusion and correction - no need to make life any harder than it has to be! But I know I’m generally in the minority on this one!

Caimbrey probably.

Camebry, Caembry, Caembrie, Caimbree, Caimbry, Caimbrey…

I was experimenting…
and of the above spellings I like Caimbree the best. It is a super cute name.

I think the easiest spelling for pronunciation would be Caymbree or Caymbry, but both look too trendy for my taste. A friend of mine named [name_f]Cambry[/name_f] pronounces it [name_u]CAM[/name_u]-bree for the most part, but I occasionally heard her tell people it’s “[name_f]Cambry[/name_f] like Cambridge” to get the other pronunciation.

Caimbrie or Caimbrey

I lean towards Caimbrie because I like the repetition of the letter ‘i’ in both halves / syllables of the name. I think it makes the name look more unified. [name_m]Just[/name_m] my thoughts.

All are pretty but I think [name_f]Cambri[/name_f] or Kambri are the prettiest. However, the i at the end of those spellings seem more fit for a young child, so in that case, Caimbree is the best.

I would spell it [name_f]Cambry[/name_f] or [name_f]Cambrey[/name_f].

I think Caimbree looks the nicest/ is easiest to tell the pronunciation out of all of the options.

My favorite is [name_f]Cambri[/name_f].

Thanks for the replies. I’m not sure that we would ever for sure use the name because it’s kind of similar to my name ([name_f]Briana[/name_f] but only go by [name_f]Bri[/name_f], even at work). I do love the name though and its definitely a possiblility for a daughter if we ever had one. I think I’m leaning toward the Caimbree spelling but considering Caembry now as well
