Hubby & I really love the name [name]Hudson[/name] for a boy! Only problem is, baby to be has a cousin named [name]Jensen[/name]!

For cousins, not at all. 
When I read the title of your post, I assumed it was for brothers, and I was even prepared to say that [name]Hudson[/name] and [name]Jensen[/name] could work for brothers! So I definitely think it’s fine for cousins.

As cousins I wouldn’t worry about it at all. They are fine. If they were brothers I’d say too close though.
My cousin has a son called [name]Jedd[/name], and at one stage we liked the name [name]Jett[/name], and wouldn’t hesitate to use it if we still liked it.
I agree with @ashthedreamer - it is definitely fine for cousins!
