Misc. question that has been on my mind:
Is [name_u]Hudson[/name_u] a good name for a girl? Or is it too masculine? Not considering it for my upcoming lil ladies, but just have always loved the name and was wondering if it is relatively gender-neutral?

I love [name_u]Hudson[/name_u], but only for boys. It is so strong sounding that I just can’t picture it on a girl. I wouldn’t consider it gender-neutral at all. So sorry!
I love [name_u]Hudson[/name_u] for a boy and can’t really see it as a girls name, but I guess parents are starting to give girls more masculine names eg. [name_m]Wyatt[/name_m], [name_u]James[/name_u] and so on
[name_u]Hudson[/name_u] sounds all boy to me. The “Hud” part sounds very weighted and heavy like many masculine names and “son” is pretty self explanatory for being rooted to boys. I think it’s a handsome name for a boy though 
Boy only [name_f]IMO[/name_f]. Especially since anything ending in son means it is someone’s son…

I can totally see it as a girl’s name! The first thing I think of when I hear [name_u]Hudson[/name_u] is [name_f]Kate[/name_f] [name_u]Hudson[/name_u]. Yes, it’s her last name, but that alone gives it the ability to be femenine, I think.
Sounds like a boy name to me. It makes me thing of the [name_u]Hudson[/name_u] [name_u]River[/name_u] and [name_m]Doc[/name_m] [name_u]Hudson[/name_u], a.k.a. the [name_u]Hudson[/name_u] Hornet, from Cars.
This name is cute for a boy, but now it also feels really trendy. It seems like a goofy-trendy choice for a girl. The “-son” ending really seals the deal on that in my mind.
Boy only. It means “[name_m]Hugh[/name_m]'s son” and the clue is in the -son part, same with [name_u]Madison[/name_u], [name_u]Emerson[/name_u] etc.

[name_u]Hudson[/name_u] is all boy to me. It’s very popular amongst my circle as well. It seems I like know someone having a [name_u]Hudson[/name_u] every month. All boys.
