My husbands surname is Korn, which is so difficult to flow with the names I like.
Open to suggestions on names that are romantic, sweet and unique.
Names I like, but not sure if they go together - [name_f]Aria[/name_f], [name_f]Aurora[/name_f], [name_f]Ella[/name_f], [name_f]Ava[/name_f], [name_f]Scarlett[/name_f], [name_u]Wynter[/name_u]
I think [name_f]Ava[/name_f] flows very nicely with the last name, if you don’t mind that she could end up with the affectionate nn Acorn, which I would see as a plus.
The only one I don’t think flows as well is [name_f]Aurora[/name_f] K0rn but because of the R sound together. The others are great!
[name_f]Ella[/name_f], [name_f]Ava[/name_f] (although there is the acorn thing), and [name_f]Aria[/name_f] all sound great with the surname! I think [name_f]Ella[/name_f] K0rn is my favorite. Oh, and [name_f]Scarlett[/name_f] is nice too!
I agree with @whitegardenia that the pronunciation of Aur0ra K0rn is quite challenging, and I also think that [name_u]Wynter[/name_u] K0rn is too wordy/descriptive.
Suggestions ~
[name_f]Avalon[/name_f]
[name_f]Ariana[/name_f]
[name_f]Audrey[/name_f]
Silena
[name_f]Aviana[/name_f]
[name_f]Ayla[/name_f]
[name_f]Elodie[/name_f]
[name_f]Stella[/name_f]
Good luck
I think you just need to look at names with more syllables. You seem to like shorter names, but they could be nicknames!
[name_f]Aurora[/name_f] doesn’t work great though because of the R’s.
For example: [name_f]Elouise[/name_f], [name_f]Elizabeth[/name_f], [name_f]Ariana[/name_f], [name_f]Arabella[/name_f], [name_f]Scarletta[/name_f] are all similar to the names you chose, but sound better with your last name.
Other long names I think are romantic are: [name_f]Julia[/name_f], [name_f]Seraphina[/name_f], [name_u]Vivian[/name_u], [name_f]Amelia[/name_f], [name_f]Josephine[/name_f]
Good luck!
I like this suggestion. [name_f]Arianna[/name_f] sounds very nice. I would also suggest
[name_f]Adrianna[/name_f]
[name_f]Penelope[/name_f]
[name_f]Juliette[/name_f]
[name_f]Genevieve[/name_f]
[name_f]Marguerite[/name_f]
[name_f]Naomi[/name_f]
[name_f]Felicity[/name_f]
[name_f]Melanie[/name_f]
[name_f]Vivienne[/name_f]
[name_f]Evelina[/name_f]
[name_f]Madeleine[/name_f]
[name_f]Fiona[/name_f]
[name_f]Francesca[/name_f]
I just wanted to say that I feel your pain. I’ve always had a word name for a surname (both maiden and married). It does tend to elminate word names, because a lot of word names just sound weird with a word surname.
