I think it’s cool!
It has a very nice sound, meaning would possibly make it a bit weird?

Hmm sound is ok (personally it feels masculine to me). However since the name is so unusual the meaning would make a big impression on people when hearing the name. And Im not 100% that I like the meaning when given as a name. (If that makes sense)

I’d say no. To me it feels weird and grandiose. I also can’t think of any nice nicknames.

I kind of like it! A bit like [name_f]Adelaide[/name_f], a bit like [name_u]Merit[/name_u], I enjoy it

Firmly in GP territory but a cool sound. I always thought Escalade (like the vehicle) would be a cool-sounding name in a different universe.
