[name]Cassia[/name]/[name]Calla[/name]: [name]Cassia[/name], [name]Cassia[/name] [name]Cassia[/name]!!! I like both names, but there’s a classic quality to [name]Cassia[/name] that [name]Calla[/name] somewhat lacks. I also think that both pronunciations are fantastic.

[name]Elowen[/name]: Very melodic and also a new addition to my list.

[name]Willow[/name]: [name]Love[/name]! I love the image of the willow tree gently swaying in the wind.

[name]Sparrow[/name]: Naw, this one isn’t for me. As far as bird names go, the only one I really like is Kestrel, and the alrights are [name]Lark[/name] and [name]Wren[/name].

[name]Josie[/name]: I see the appeal, and while it is cute, it just reminds me of the full version [name]Josephine[/name], a name I’m personally not that fond of.

[name]Fawn[/name]/[name]Dawn[/name]: [name]Fawn[/name]…maybe, just maybe for the middle spot, but I don’t think it’ll work for a first name. [name]Dawn[/name], eh, it’s alright, but I’d rather see [name]Aurora[/name] or other day/evening-related names.

Boys:

[name]Oak[/name] - Pokemon! haha, sorry, but that really was my first thought. To me, it’s a little too unsubstantial as a full first name. Middle name…hmmm…I think it would really depend on that first name. [name]Ronan[/name] [name]Oak[/name], cute. [name]Gunnar[/name] [name]Oak[/name], nah. [name]Oakley[/name] is cute and might be better first name material, but possibly a little (too) feminine?

[name]Forest[/name] - Better than [name]Oak[/name], but heh, I can’t put my finger on what it is that keeps me from liking this name. It has all the qualities I look for in a boy name-classic, underused, a rough masculine feel to it- but I don’t know, it just doesn’t click for me.

Not too sure about [name]Forest[/name], but I really like [name]Oak[/name]. (for a middle name.)

[name]Cassia[/name]/[name]Calla[/name]: Definitely prefer [name]Calla[/name]. [name]Calla[/name] is a huge and unexpected name crush of mine as well :slight_smile: [name]Cassia[/name]'s also quite pretty and admittedly easier to say, but it doesn’t bowl me over.
[name]Elowen[/name]: Very soft and pretty. And even-looking if that makes sense. Celtic-esque names aren’t usually my cup of tea, but this is definitely a stand out in the category.
[name]Willow[/name]: I can see how some would like it, but it’s kind of boring and lost its lustre for me.
[name]Sparrow[/name]: Ooh yes! Gorgeous on a girl (on a boy no thanks). My guilty pleasure combo for this is [name]Sparrow[/name] [name]Josephine[/name].
[name]Josie[/name]: Normally hate it, but love love love the combo [name]Josie[/name] [name]Pearl[/name]. Actually, I’d file it under “used to hate, now warming towards”.

[name]Oak[/name]/[name]Forest[/name]: Probably some of the best nature names out there for boys. [name]Both[/name] are very very handsome. I like [name]Oak[/name] better than [name]Forest[/name], but [name]Forest[/name] would be obviously more appropriate as a fn.

My mom’s name is [name]Dawn[/name], and it’s been somewhat on and off my list for the same reason that it’s a tad bit dated. But I also tend to like the names that a million other people wont use. But I see the name [name]Dawn[/name] as a very fresh first name and would love to see some kids with this name. Good [name]Luck[/name]!

[name]Willow[/name]- despite the popularity of this name on name berry, I don’t like it and never have.

[name]Cassia[/name]: So pretty. I love hard ‘C’ names! [name]Cassia[/name] sounds more feminine and pretty than [name]Calla[/name] in my opinion. Maybe because its so close to [name]Callum[/name].
[name]Elowen[/name]: Never heard of this before but it flows in such an elegant way. I love that its unique.
[name]Willow[/name]: I like [name]Willa[/name] better! I just associate this one to [name]Will[/name] [name]Smith[/name]'s daughter whipping her hair back and forth but thats probably just me haha.
[name]Sparrow[/name]: I can picture the most adventurous little girl with this name, adorable.
[name]Josie[/name]: This ones actually really great. Especially with the rise of the name [name]Josephine[/name] this is such a sweet nickname.
[name]Fawn[/name]/[name]Dawn[/name]: I think [name]Dawn[/name] is a bit dated like an 80’s name but [name]Fawn[/name] is a fresh take with all the same sounds.

For the boys I don’t like [name]Oak[/name] but I’m surprised on how much I like [name]Forest[/name]. It sounds so masculine but there’s the whole [name]Forrest[/name] Gump thing which isn’t bad. It’s just a really strong association.

Currently I’m crushing on [name]Maeve[/name] for a little girl. Also any [name]Finn[/name] names sound really great lately.

[name]Oak[/name]: I absolutely adore [name]Oak[/name]! A few years back I saw a documentary, and I can’t remember what it was about, but there was a little boy about three called [name]Oak[/name], and I’ve loved it ever since then.

[name]Forest[/name]: It just reminds me of [name]Forrest[/name] Gump… I don’t like it as a name.

The only issue I can see is with [name]Oak[/name], I immediately though of Professor [name]Oak[/name] from Pokemon. I don’t think that would be too much of a problem though. [name]Elowen[/name]: I know everybody and their dog is in love with this name on NB, but it does absolutely nothing for me. Bleurgh.
