I heard that Nameberries are the best

I’m expecting my fourth daughter in mid-[name]July[/name] and need some help in the naming department. My older daughters are named:

  • [name]Isobel[/name] [name]Georgiana[/name] [name]Eleanor[/name]
  • [name]Anne[/name] [name]Elisabeth[/name] [name]Caroline[/name]
    and [name]Olive[/name] [name]Mirabelle[/name] [name]Victoria[/name]

My husband and I have gone with classic princess-inspired names. Call it cheesy, but my husband is fascinated by royalty.

We’re just having a hard time coming up with a good name for this daughter. Mostly because we like so many names…

We could really use your help. So far we like:
[name]Charlotte[/name]
[name]Adelaide[/name]
[name]Mary[/name] (is this too plain now?)
[name]Joanna[/name]
[name]Catherine[/name]
[name]Jane[/name]
[name]Frances[/name]
[name]Sophia[/name] (probably too popular now for us)
[name]Emma[/name] (also EXTREMELY popular, but really pretty)
[name]Mathilde[/name]
[name]Giselle[/name]
[name]Adele[/name]
[name]Cecile[/name]
[name]Marguerite[/name] (don’t ask me why, but I like this so much better than [name]Margaret[/name])
[name]Odette[/name]
[name]Yolande[/name]
[name]Madeleine[/name]
[name]Christine[/name]
[name]Helene[/name]
[name]Beatrice[/name]
[name]Josephine[/name]
[name]Ingrid[/name]
[name]Augusta[/name]
[name]Arabella[/name]
[name]Amelia[/name]
[name]Alice[/name]
[name]Francesca[/name]

Out of your list my favorites are…

[name]Mary[/name] - It’s definitely NOT too plain. You can probably guarantee she’ll be the only [name]Mary[/name] in her class. I met a girl in high school named [name]Mary[/name], and in a school full of Ashleys, Jessicas, Jennifers, Amandas, etc. it kind of stunned me. I loved it.

[name]Jane[/name] - I am biased to this name, because I’m naming my twins [name]Jane[/name] and [name]Leo[/name]. I feel the same way about [name]Jane[/name] as I do with [name]Mary[/name]…it’s stunning and gorgeous, while still being simple.

[name]Alice[/name] - a little biased towards this one as well… I considered it for my girl too. I’ve always loved [name]Alice[/name], with all the literary connections and history…it’s a perfect name in my opinion.

[name]Francesca[/name] - Always loved [name]Francesca[/name] too, it sounds so regal (which would definitely fit with your husband’s style!) [name]Love[/name] the nickname [name]Frankie[/name].

[name]Hi[/name]!

Your girls have beautiful, regal names! They all start with vowels, you know, so you might want to add in another vowel name for princess #4, right? With [name]Isobel[/name], [name]Anne[/name], and [name]Olive[/name], I’d recommend an E name, as U names really aren’t the most attractive…

You don’t have any E names on your list except [name]Emma[/name], so I’ll suggest some that I like with [name]Isobel[/name], [name]Anne[/name], and [name]Olive[/name]. I think something simple and classic, vintage and elegant is best - nothing too frilly, because we’ll save that for the middle names like her sisters’ names! If you hate this idea, please stop me and I’ll go back over your list!

[name]Edith[/name]
[name]Eudora[/name]
[name]Esther[/name]
[name]Elsa[/name]
[name]Eugenia[/name]
[name]Eugenie[/name]
[name]Evelyn[/name]*
[name]Emily[/name]
[name]Emma[/name]
[name]Eve[/name]
[name]Elspeth[/name]*
[name]Evangeline[/name]
[name]Emmeline[/name]*
[name]Estella[/name]*

(My favorites are marked with *, but I think that [name]Emmeline[/name] is perfect, especially since you like [name]Emma[/name]. It is just feminine enough to be regal and elegant, yet it maintains that buttoned-up, sophisticated image of [name]Isobel[/name], [name]Anne[/name], and [name]Olive[/name]. It isn’t too unusual to fit in with [name]Isobel[/name] and [name]Anne[/name], but it has enough quirkiness to fit in with [name]Olive[/name].)

These were my favorites off of your list, and I think they’d make stunning middle name options:

[name]Catherine[/name]
[name]Frances[/name] - Perhaps too short…
[name]Mathilde[/name]
[name]Madeleine[/name]
[name]Helene[/name] - I love [name]Helena[/name] a bit more!
[name]Beatrice[/name] - I prefer [name]Beatrix[/name], myself!
[name]Josephine[/name]
[name]Augusta[/name]
[name]Alice[/name] - Perhaps too short…

I think I’d try [name]Emmeline[/name] [name]Beatrix[/name] [name]Helena[/name] [name]Kensington[/name], personally! I love all three names, though, so I’m biased. Other names I think are particularly lovely are [name]Estella[/name] [name]Vivienne[/name] [name]Frances[/name] [name]Kensington[/name], [name]Elspeth[/name] [name]Catherine[/name] [name]Lydia[/name] [name]Kensington[/name], [name]Evangeline[/name] [name]Augusta[/name] [name]Beatrice[/name] [name]Kensington[/name], and [name]Eugenia[/name] [name]Catherine[/name] [name]Diana[/name] [name]Kensington[/name]!

Others you might like include [name]Anneliese[/name], [name]Anastasia[/name], [name]Annora[/name], [name]Bryony[/name], [name]Christiana[/name], [name]Christabel[/name], [name]Cecilia[/name], [name]Cecily[/name], [name]Diana[/name], [name]Dorothea[/name], [name]Florence[/name], [name]Flora[/name], [name]Fiona[/name], [name]Genevieve[/name], [name]Gwendolen[/name], [name]Harriet[/name], [name]Iris[/name], [name]Irene[/name], [name]Julia[/name], [name]Juliet[/name], [name]Lucille[/name], [name]Lillian[/name], [name]Lydia[/name], [name]Margot[/name], [name]Matilda[/name], [name]Magdalen[/name], [name]Natalie[/name], [name]Ophelia[/name], [name]Phoebe[/name], [name]Penelope[/name], [name]Prudence[/name], [name]Rosemary[/name], [name]Regina[/name], [name]Rosalind[/name], [name]Simone[/name], [name]Sarah[/name], [name]Stella[/name], [name]Theresa[/name], [name]Tallulah[/name], [name]Ursula[/name], [name]Vivian[/name], [name]Violet[/name], [name]Virginia[/name], [name]Winifred[/name], [name]Wilhelmina[/name], and [name]Zora[/name].

Good luck!

[name]Lemon[/name]

My dh just suggested that maybe posting our last name would make it easier to narrow the field down. We think they all sound good with our last name: [name]Kensington[/name], but you all might feel differently.

cheekypanda-Have you decided on a middle name for your [name]Jane[/name]? We love the name but have had a hard time with the mns…most people we knew with a [name]Jane[/name] name, have it as their mn.

[name]Hi[/name]!

First of all, I absolutely adore your daughters’ names!

IF YOU GO WITH A VOWEL NAME
I second the idea of using an E name! [name]Emmeline[/name] “[name]Emma[/name]” would be perfect, I think. The only problem would be that [name]Anne[/name] and [name]Emmeline[/name] would both end in the N sound, though it may not bother you… You may also like [name]Emilia[/name], which is pretty much [name]Amelia[/name] with an alternative (not yooneek!) spelling. With [name]Emilia[/name], all the names would have a vowel name (though with a different letter) and names with a different count of syllables.

Combos:
[name]Emmeline[/name] [name]Mary[/name] [name]Sophia[/name]
[name]Emmeline[/name] [name]Mary[/name] [name]Odette[/name]
[name]Emmeline[/name] [name]Mary[/name] [name]Helene[/name]
[name]Emmeline[/name] [name]Mary[/name] [name]Yolande[/name]
[name]Emmeline[/name] [name]Alice[/name] [name]Helene[/name]
[name]Emmeline[/name] [name]Alice[/name] [name]Yolande[/name]
[name]Emmeline[/name] [name]Frances[/name] [name]Odette[/name]
[name]Emmeline[/name] [name]Frances[/name] [name]Mathilde[/name]
[name]Emmeline[/name] [name]Frances[/name] [name]Helene[/name]
[name]Emmeline[/name] [name]Augusta[/name] [name]Jane[/name]
[name]Emmeline[/name] [name]Augusta[/name] [name]Mary[/name]

[name]Emilia[/name] [name]Catherine[/name] [name]Odette[/name]
[name]Emilia[/name] [name]Catherine[/name] [name]Sophie[/name]
[name]Emilia[/name] [name]Catherine[/name] [name]Giselle[/name]
[name]Emilia[/name] [name]Beatrice[/name] [name]Helene[/name]
[name]Emilia[/name] [name]Beatrice[/name] [name]Jane[/name]
[name]Emilia[/name] [name]Beatrice[/name] [name]Mary[/name]
[name]Emilia[/name] [name]Frances[/name] [name]Mary[/name]
[name]Emilia[/name] [name]Frances[/name] [name]Helene[/name]
[name]Emilia[/name] [name]Josephine[/name] [name]Mary[/name]
[name]Emilia[/name] [name]Josephine[/name] [name]Yolande[/name]

IF YOU GO WITH A CONSONANT NAME
I don’t think that [name]Mary[/name] is too plain. Actually, [name]Mary[/name] is becoming less and less popular, and even dropped out of the Top 100 for the first time in '09. If you do go with [name]Mary[/name], though, I’d probably pair her with more uncommon middles like:
[name]Mary[/name] [name]Adelaide[/name] [name]Giselle[/name]
[name]Mary[/name] [name]Johanna[/name] [name]Frances[/name]
[name]Mary[/name] [name]Cecilia[/name] [name]Marguerite[/name]
[name]Mary[/name] [name]Marguerite[/name] [name]Giselle[/name]
[name]Mary[/name] [name]Augusta[/name] [name]Yolande[/name]
[name]Mary[/name] [name]Beatrice[/name] [name]Yolande[/name]
[name]Mary[/name] [name]Beatrice[/name] [name]Odette[/name]
[name]Mary[/name] [name]Francesca[/name] [name]Yolande[/name]

Otherwise, I love [name]Beatrice[/name] the most with your other daughters’ names:
[name]Beatrice[/name] [name]Mary[/name] [name]Adele[/name]
[name]Beatrice[/name] [name]Mary[/name] [name]Odette[/name]
[name]Beatrice[/name] [name]Mary[/name] [name]Sophia[/name]
[name]Beatrice[/name] [name]Adelaide[/name] [name]Mary[/name]
[name]Beatrice[/name] [name]Catherine[/name] [name]Adele[/name]
[name]Beatrice[/name] [name]Catherine[/name] [name]Sophia[/name]
[name]Beatrice[/name] [name]Catherine[/name] [name]Mary[/name]
[name]Beatrice[/name] [name]Marguerite[/name] [name]Jane[/name]
[name]Beatrice[/name] [name]Jane[/name] [name]Marguerite[/name]
[name]Beatrice[/name] [name]Jane[/name] [name]Augusta[/name]
[name]Beatrice[/name] [name]Jane[/name] [name]Arabella[/name]
[name]Beatrice[/name] [name]Jane[/name] [name]Francesca[/name]

Oh, and I think that they all go well with [name]Kensington[/name].
Best of luck!

Here are some that we like together…we tend to put a long, super feminine name as the first mn I’ve noticed, so I think we’ll still with that tradition.

[name]Arabella[/name] [name]Josephine[/name] [name]Helene[/name]
[name]Beatrice[/name] [name]Madeleine[/name] [name]Giselle[/name]
[name]Adelaide[/name] [name]Francesca[/name] [name]Cecile[/name] (hubby’s favorite)
[name]Mary[/name] [name]Francesca[/name] [name]Adele[/name]
[name]Ingrid[/name] [name]Mathilde[/name] [name]Joanna[/name]
[name]Amelia[/name] [name]Catherine[/name] [name]Augusta[/name]
[name]Jane[/name] [name]Marguerite[/name] [name]Christine[/name]
[name]Alice[/name] [name]Wilhelmina[/name] [name]Frances[/name]
[name]Juliana[/name] [name]Magdalene[/name] [name]Regina[/name]

My favorites right now are [name]Mary[/name] and [name]Jane[/name], as well as [name]Arabella[/name].

[name]Feel[/name] free to rearrange as needed.

What about [name]Jane[/name] [name]Ophelia[/name] [name]Cecily[/name] or [name]Emma[/name] [name]Vivienne[/name] [name]Beatrice[/name]?

[name]Lemon[/name]

Your daughters have lovely names!

[name]Charlotte[/name] - this is a pretty choice, and the nn [name]Lottie[/name] is beyond adorable. However, when I say it with your other daughters’ names, there are a lot of Os and Ls, which may or may not bother you. If it does, this would be beautiful in second place.

[name]Adelaide[/name] - beautiful, and it fits with your daughters’ names perfectly. Would it bother you that she and [name]Anne[/name] would share an initial? I don’t think it’s a problem as such, and if this is your favourite you shouldn’t let it stop you, but as you have such a long list of lovely names, it could be a way of narrowing it down.

[name]Mary[/name] - I don’t think this is too plain now at all; it’s undeniably a classic, but unexpected, and a pleasant surprise, on children now, just like [name]Anne[/name].

[name]Joanna[/name] - not if you already have an [name]Anne[/name]! You might like [name]Josephine[/name], as an alternative.

[name]Catherine[/name] - a complete classic, with the great nn options of [name]Cate[/name] and, as a wildcard, [name]Cricket[/name]. I also like [name]Katherine[/name] nn [name]Kitty[/name].

[name]Jane[/name] - another complete classic, which goes nicely with your other children’s names. Does it contain too many of the same letters as [name]Anne[/name]?

[name]Frances[/name] - nice, but it doesn’t leap out at me from your choices.

[name]Sophia[/name] - beautiful, but extremely popular, so if that bothers you, I’d relegate it to second place.

[name]Emma[/name] - ditto.

[name]Mathilde[/name] - absolutely beautiful, and the nicknames [name]Tilly[/name] and [name]Tilda[/name] are so lovely. [name]Anne[/name] would be the only one without an L in her name, but now I’m just being picky.

[name]Giselle[/name] - I adore this one (so glamorous), but as it has the same end sound as [name]Isobel[/name], I’ll have to suggest that it is kept to the middle.

[name]Adele[/name] - ditto.

[name]Cecile[/name] - the L ending issue isn’t as big with this one, and I think it so pretty. You might also like [name]Cecelia[/name], [name]Celia[/name], [name]Cecily[/name] and [name]Lelia[/name].

[name]Marguerite[/name] - very pretty. You might also like [name]Margot[/name].

[name]Odette[/name] - I abolutely adore this one, beyond belief, but as it is similar in sound to [name]Olive[/name] (two syllable O names ending in consonant sounds), I’m going to have to say it might be better in the middle. You may also like [name]Cosette[/name].

[name]Yolande[/name] - lovely, but as it contains the [name]OL[/name] of [name]Olive[/name] fairly prominently, and seems less congruent with your daughters’ names than some of your other choices, I personally wouldn’t choose it.

[name]Madeleine[/name] - this has a nice sound, but unfortunately it has been ruined slightly for me by the popularity of [name]Madison[/name], and also by all the misspellings which are popular at the moment, so I personally wouldn’t use it in first place.

[name]Christine[/name] - not as beautiful as some of your other options, in my opinion.

[name]Helene[/name] - nice, but I worry about mispronunciation (ignore me if you are in a French-speaking country); might Americans (I’m guessing you’re not in [name]Britain[/name] from your husband’s fascination with royalty) pronounce it Hel-een?

[name]Beatrice[/name] - absolute perfection, both on its own and with your daughters’ names.

[name]Josephine[/name] - oh, I suggested this earlier! I like it and its myriad nickname options, my favourites being Seffy, [name]Effy[/name] and [name]Posey[/name]. Does it bother you that it has the same last two letters as [name]Anne[/name]?

[name]Ingrid[/name] - intriguing, and sounds very nice with your daughters’ names.

[name]Augusta[/name] - in my opinion, this isn’t quite as pretty as some of your other options.

[name]Arabella[/name] - pretty, but has a very similar ending to [name]Isobel[/name], so for this reason I wouldn’t use it in first place.

[name]Amelia[/name] - if popularity bothers you, I wouldn’t use this one in first place.

[name]Alice[/name] - a lovely, vintage choice. It is in the top 50 here in [name]England[/name], but judging from comments on Nameberry it is much more unexpected in other countries, and I think it sounds very nice with your daughters’ names. She would share an initial with [name]Anne[/name], though, if that bothers you.

[name]Francesca[/name] - nice, and also goes well with your other daughters’ names.

[name]Isobel[/name] [name]Georgiana[/name] [name]Eleanor[/name]
[name]Anne[/name] [name]Elisabeth[/name] [name]Caroline[/name]
[name]Olive[/name] [name]Mirabelle[/name] [name]Victoria[/name]
And ”

[name]Beatrice[/name] [name]Jane[/name] [name]Odette[/name] - [name]Isobel[/name], [name]Anne[/name], [name]Olive[/name] and [name]Beatrice[/name]
[name]Mathilde[/name] [name]Sophia[/name] [name]Catherine[/name] - [name]Isobel[/name], [name]Anne[/name], [name]Olive[/name] and [name]Mathilde[/name]
[name]Alice[/name] [name]Francesca[/name] [name]Odette[/name] or [name]Alice[/name] [name]Francesca[/name] [name]Giselle[/name] - [name]Isobel[/name], [name]Anne[/name], [name]Olive[/name] and [name]Alice[/name] (on second thoughts, [name]Olive[/name] and [name]Alice[/name] sound quite similar ”)
[name]Mary[/name] [name]Adelaide[/name] [name]Cecile[/name] - [name]Isobel[/name], [name]Anne[/name], [name]Olive[/name] and [name]Mary[/name]
[name]Catherine[/name] [name]Amelia[/name] [name]Giselle[/name] - [name]Isobel[/name], [name]Anne[/name], [name]Olive[/name] and [name]Catherine[/name]
[name]Cecile[/name] [name]Madeleine[/name] [name]Odette[/name] - [name]Isobel[/name], [name]Anne[/name], [name]Olive[/name] and [name]Cecile[/name]
[name]Marguerite[/name] [name]Alice[/name] [name]Yolande[/name] - [name]Isobel[/name], [name]Anne[/name], [name]Olive[/name] and [name]Marguerite[/name] (her initials would first and middle initials would spell [name]MAY[/name], which I think is really sweet, too)
[name]Josephine[/name] [name]Alice[/name] [name]Odette[/name] - [name]Isobel[/name], [name]Anne[/name], [name]Olive[/name] and [name]Josephine[/name]
[name]Ingrid[/name] [name]Alice[/name] [name]Madeleine[/name] or [name]Ingrid[/name] [name]Arabella[/name] [name]Helene[/name] - [name]Isobel[/name], [name]Anne[/name], [name]Olive[/name] and [name]Ingrid[/name] (she would share an initial with [name]Ingrid[/name], though ”)
[name]Francesca[/name] [name]Charlotte[/name] [name]Adele[/name] - [name]Isobel[/name], [name]Anne[/name], [name]Olive[/name] and [name]Francesca[/name].

Good luck! [name]Auburn[/name]

[name]Just[/name] for interest, I think [name]Beatrice[/name], [name]Alice[/name], [name]Mary[/name], [name]Jane[/name], [name]Cecile[/name], [name]Marguerite[/name] , [name]Josephine[/name] and Francesa all sound superb with [name]Kensington[/name] - very refined.

  • [name]Isobel[/name] [name]Georgiana[/name] [name]Eleanor[/name]
  • [name]Anne[/name] [name]Elisabeth[/name] [name]Caroline[/name]
    and [name]Olive[/name] [name]Mirabelle[/name] [name]Victoria[/name]

[name]Love[/name] your daughters’ names and your last name [name]Kensington[/name]! I will star my faves on your list:

We could really use your help. So far we like:
[name]Charlotte[/name]*
[name]Adelaide[/name]*
[name]Mary[/name] (is this too plain now?)* - love
[name]Joanna[/name]
[name]Catherine[/name] ***
[name]Jane[/name] ***
[name]Frances[/name] ***
[name]Sophia[/name] (probably too popular now for us) - yes, very popular
[name]Emma[/name] (also EXTREMELY popular, but really pretty)
[name]Mathilde[/name] *
[name]Giselle[/name]
[name]Adele[/name]
[name]Cecile[/name] - I love [name]Cecily[/name]
[name]Marguerite[/name] (don’t ask me why, but I like this so much better than [name]Margaret[/name])
[name]Odette[/name]
[name]Yolande[/name]
[name]Madeleine[/name]
[name]Christine[/name]
[name]Helene[/name] - I love [name]Helena[/name]
[name]Beatrice[/name]
[name]Josephine[/name]* - but I don’t like it with [name]Kensington[/name].
[name]Ingrid[/name]
[name]Augusta[/name]*
[name]Arabella[/name]*
[name]Amelia[/name]
[name]Alice[/name]***
[name]Francesca[/name]***

Since your dh loves royalty, I thought I would list some historic [name]Queen[/name]/[name]Princess[/name] names that I think fit well:

[name]Irene[/name] [name]Angelina[/name] (Oh, I love this! 1198-1208)
[name]Blanche[/name]
[name]Claudia[/name] [name]Felicitas[/name]
[name]Wilhelmina[/name] [name]Amalia[/name]
Amatilda (a early Medieval Frankish [name]Queen[/name])
[name]Adelaide[/name]
[name]Marie[/name] [name]Louise[/name]
[name]Sophie[/name] [name]Amalie[/name]
[name]Hedwig[/name] [name]Elizabeth[/name] [name]Charolotte[/name]
[name]Eugenie[/name]
[name]Sophie[/name] [name]Magdalena[/name]
[name]Mariana[/name] [name]Victoria[/name]
[name]Euphemia[/name]

Fun!

I think [name]Eloise[/name] is a spunky first name that would be a great match with your other children’s names! (If I can’t use it, somebody else should!!)

I’ll be back probably… to help with middle names!!

Oh, yes, [name]Eloise[/name] is perfect with [name]Isobel[/name], [name]Anne[/name], and [name]Olive[/name]! Can’t believe I left that one off my E list! Good call!

I think [name]Eloise[/name] [name]Cassandra[/name] [name]Juliet[/name] [name]Kensington[/name] is beautiful, but perhaps something along the lines of [name]Eloise[/name] [name]Diana[/name] [name]Therese[/name] sounds more regal?

[name]Lemon[/name]

[name]EDIT[/name]: I just realized that I love [name]Eloise[/name] [name]Vivienne[/name] [name]Mary[/name], too! [name]Eloise[/name] [name]Francesca[/name] [name]Juliet[/name] is pretty, as is [name]Eloise[/name] [name]Magdalen[/name] [name]Frances[/name] [name]Kensington[/name]…

my favorite pairings with your other daughters’ names:

[name]Adelaide[/name] [name]Francesca[/name] [name]Cecile[/name] : this one is stunning!
[name]Mary[/name] [name]Francesca[/name] [name]Adele[/name] : I love this one too!
[name]Ingrid[/name] [name]Mathilde[/name] [name]Joanna[/name]: gorgeous…
[name]Jane[/name] [name]Marguerite[/name] [name]Christine[/name]
[name]Alice[/name] [name]Wilhelmina[/name] [name]Frances[/name]

so hard, but I think my favorite is [name]Mary[/name] [name]Francesca[/name] [name]Adele[/name]…

I love [name]Eloise[/name] and [name]Marguerite[/name]!
[name]How[/name] about [name]Eloise[/name] [name]Cordelia[/name] [name]Marguerite[/name], or [name]Adele[/name] [name]Francesca[/name] [name]Marguerite[/name]?

Well, I beyond love all of your daughter’s names and practically every name on your list! I love royalty, too, so I especially love your choices! I’m surprised this hasn’t been mentioned, but what about [name]Eleanor[/name]? It’s very regal, [name]Eleanor[/name] of [name]Aquitaine[/name] and [name]Eleanor[/name] of [name]Provence[/name] were both so interesting! I’m sure there were many others, as well. [name]Eleanor[/name] of [name]Aquitaine[/name] was actually the first bearer of the name. And the nicknames [name]Nora[/name] or [name]Ellie[/name] would be adorable with your girls. Oh DANG! I just saw that [name]Isobel[/name]'s middle is [name]Eleanor[/name]! Shoot! Haha, well, forget that idea!

[name]Adelaide[/name] - [name]Love[/name] to peices
[name]Mary[/name] - not to plain! Gorgeous and unlikely to meet another in her age group!
[name]Joanna[/name] - not with an [name]Anne[/name].
[name]Catherine[/name]
[name]Jane[/name] - Same with [name]Mary[/name]
[name]Sophia[/name] - too popular because it’s a fantastic name
[name]Emma[/name] - To me, it’s a little plain with your other girls names
[name]Cecile[/name] - I was just wondering why I always see [name]Celia[/name] on people’s list but not [name]Cecile[/name]. I prefer [name]Cecile[/name], but I really love [name]Cecilia[/name] and [name]Cecily[/name]. This would be a good match with your daughter’s names.
[name]Marguerite[/name] - I agree, I love it much more than [name]Margaret[/name]. Nicknames [name]Rita[/name] and [name]Daisy[/name] are awesome
[name]Odette[/name] - BEYOND [name]LOVE[/name]!!! The quirky feel matches [name]Olive[/name], but do you mind having two Os?
[name]Beatrice[/name] - I think [name]Beatrix[/name] has much more spunk, and also goes better with [name]Olive[/name]. I would pick a somewhat quirky name so that [name]Olive[/name] isn’t left out.
[name]Ingrid[/name] - [name]Love[/name]
[name]Arabella[/name] - I wouldn’t do it with [name]Isobel[/name].
[name]Amelia[/name] - Beautiful.
[name]Alice[/name] - A great match with your girls.
[name]Francesca[/name] - One of my favorite ultra-fem names. [name]Do[/name] you use nicknames? [name]Belle[/name], [name]Annie[/name], [name]Ollie[/name] and [name]Francie[/name]? Beyond adorable.

[name]Isobel[/name], [name]Anne[/name], and [name]Olive[/name] are so different (Feminine, Classic, Vintage) yet go together so well. You could use any of the names on your list and it would work. I’m seriously impressed by your naming prowess, and I can’t wait to see what name you choose.

[name]Beatrice[/name] [name]Emma[/name] [name]Giselle[/name]

Our philosophy is that same initials are fine as long as the names flow well together and the name fits the baby.
About [name]Helene[/name]: We do live in [name]Britain[/name], though I’m not actually British-born myself. My husband adores the French pronounciation.
On [name]Alice[/name]: We know its in the Top 50, but I think we can overlook it…I think.

tarat3232: [name]Amalie[/name] looks pretty, but I’m never sure how to pronounce it.
And I really do like [name]Wilhelmina[/name] and [name]Magdalena[/name]/[name]Magdalene[/name] but in a mn position.

cuzikool: [name]Eloise[/name] is adorable, but our daughters just named our puppy that. My poor husband, even the dog is a girl!

lyndsayjenness: We almost wish we could use a couple of names over…like [name]Eleanor[/name] and [name]Elisabeth[/name]…they are classics and two of our absolute favorites.

Right now, its down to: [name]Jane[/name], [name]Mary[/name], [name]Adelaide[/name], [name]Beatrice[/name], and [name]Mathilde[/name] as a fn.

We also [name]LOVE[/name] [name]Josephine[/name], [name]Marguerite[/name], [name]Genevieve[/name], [name]Francesca[/name], and [name]Catherine[/name] for the first and long mn.

[name]Hi[/name]!

[name]Eloise[/name] is your puppy? Wow! You do love this style of name, and your vowels - and your girls have great taste in names, too!

Of your remaining choices, I would choose [name]Beatrice[/name] [name]Catherine[/name] [name]Juliet[/name], or something. Definitely adding a very feminine second middle name, along the lines of [name]Beatrice[/name] [name]Catherine[/name] [name]Ophelia[/name], [name]Beatrice[/name] [name]Catherine[/name] [name]Fiona[/name], [name]Beatrice[/name] [name]Catherine[/name] [name]Eugenie[/name] or something…

[name]Estella[/name] would also be a cute first name, so sweet and classic! [name]Estella[/name] [name]Catherine[/name] [name]Mathilde[/name] would be darling with sisters [name]Isobel[/name], [name]Anne[/name], and [name]Olive[/name]!

What about [name]Ursula[/name]? I know it probably reminds kids of the octopus in The [name]Little[/name] Mermaid, but I think it has some merit as an underused vintage name. [name]Ulla[/name] or [name]Ula[/name] are unique nicknames, too! [name]Ursula[/name] [name]Genevieve[/name] [name]Mary[/name] is pretty, as is [name]Ursula[/name] [name]Catherine[/name] [name]Violet[/name]!

[name]Lemon[/name]

[name]Hi[/name] [name]Lemon[/name]!
Yes, [name]Eloise[/name] is our puppy…her full name is [name]Eloise[/name] [name]Sue[/name] [name]Ellen[/name]…the girls picked it.

[name]Beatrice[/name] [name]Catherine[/name] [name]Juliet[/name] is cute, but my dear dear husband has a problem with the name [name]Juliet[/name] (he can’t get past [name]Romeo[/name] and [name]Juliet[/name])

We were discussing names tonight and we’ve decided on [name]Jane[/name].

Middle name wise, we’ve got:
[name]Jane[/name] [name]Marguerite[/name]
[name]Jane[/name] [name]Catherine[/name]
[name]Jane[/name] [name]Mathilde[/name]
[name]Jane[/name] [name]Charlotte[/name]

Any other names jumping out?
