I kid you not

…today I passed by this car that had two sport/band/kids’ names stickers on it (you know, the type that list the activity and then the kid’s name).

The two names?

[name]Ariel[/name] and [name]Bell[/name] (yes, with no E).

I kid you not! I could only feel sorry for those sisters…the names aren’t terrible by themselves, but together? [name]WAY[/name] too much Disney, thankyouverymuch.

[name]Bell[/name], spelled this way, makes me wonder if it’s a boy, not a girl.

This!

Or maybe the parents didn’t want the screaming Disney association so they took off the e? idk.

Hm, it is a bit unfortunate. I certainly hope [name]Bell[/name] is a girl though, what a difficult name otherwise, considering how many Bellas are running around.

However, I actually have more of an issue with the repeating ‘el’ endings than I do with the Disney connection.

There’s a chance they’re both boys, though it’s kind of Disney.

Reminds me of a sibset I used to know named [name]Belle[/name] and [name]Anastasia[/name]. So much princess.

[name]Just[/name] crossing my fingers that [name]Bell[/name] is a nickname for [name]Isabel[/name] or something similar that the parents didn’t anticipate.

I love Disney as much as the next girl, but… really??? WHY?
