Hello everyone! I’ve been a lurker here for a while now but just decided to finally register. And with that, I’d like to get some opinions on this…
I love [name]Jack[/name] [name]Everett[/name] for a boy. [name]LOVE[/name] it. And my husband’s name is [name]John[/name], so that [name]Jack[/name] is the diminutive of [name]John[/name] makes it even more perfect. But I’m a little concerned about that fact that both my husband and I each have a sister named [name]Jacqueline[/name], and they both go by [name]Jackie[/name]. Is that too many Jacks in the family? We’d talk to our sisters about it, and I honestly don’t think either would care. They’re both very laid back women. But still…is it too much? Too confusing? Or is it flattering using a family name, even if it was more coincidence than anything?
I also like [name]William[/name] [name]Everett[/name] and [name]Sage[/name] [name]Alexander[/name], though not really as much as [name]Jack[/name] right now.
I know a guy named [name]Jack[/name] with a sister [name]Jackie[/name]. It’s worked out alright for them and I think it would be a great honour to either sister if you named your son [name]Jack[/name].
If you’re not sure about it though, [name]William[/name] [name]Everett[/name] is a dashing choice (and was also the name of my grandpa and his father!).
I love [name]Jack[/name]! I think it’s a great option to honor your husband, and I think it would be doable, with two aunts named [name]Jackie[/name], even. It may be nice to honor all three of them, anyway.
I would go for it. I think [name]Jack[/name] [name]Everett[/name] is super handsome. I actually don’t hear [name]Jack[/name] all that much. [name]Aidan[/name] on the other hand…
