one was right under my nose and I didn’t realise it.
My daughter has long been in love with the name [name]Bluebell[/name] and it is quite possible her baby (if she has a daughter) will be [name]Imogen[/name] [name]Bluebell[/name].
Believe it or not the bluebell flower is the national flower of [name]Scotland[/name]! I am thrilled with this discovery and now more than ever hope that this will end up as Name No 1 on the list as we have Scottish roots.
[name]Doctor[/name] is indicating baby will be here around [name]March[/name] 31 at the latest. [name]Rollo[/name] can’t wait to meet this new baby!
I think [name]Imogen[/name] [name]Bluebell[/name] is adorable but I’m pretty sure (as a [name]Scot[/name]) that the national flower is actually the thistle.
[name]Edit[/name]: seems the bluebell is sometimes thought of as the national flower but not as much as the thistle. That’s the first I’ve heard of it too…
[name]Love[/name] the name [name]Imogen[/name] [name]Bluebell[/name]. I thought the Scottish national flower was a thistle, though. Anyway, bluebells are beautiful and the name is gorgeous, good luck!
Sign, [name_m]Rollo[/name_m], one of our original berries, much beloved and much missed. I didn’t realize this was a [name_m]Rollo[/name_m] thread when I stopped by to include the link to the Scottish baby names list: Scottish Names | Nameberry
