Chanel is elegant and feminine. [name_u]Coco[/name_u] is sweet too, though.

I prefer [name_u]Coco[/name_u]! I know several, and they all pull it off well; it feels rather versatile. because [name_f]Chanel[/name_f] is linked exclusively to the designer (and subsequently highly commercialised), I like it a little less.

I prefer [name_u]Coco[/name_u] as a nickname. :slight_smile:

I chose [name_u]Coco[/name_u] because [name_f]Chanel[/name_f] doesn’t have the most positive associations for me ([name_u]Coco[/name_u] [name_f]Chanel[/name_f] and who she associated herself with). I think [name_u]Coco[/name_u] is cuter as a nn for [name_f]Colette[/name_f] or something similar.
