[name]Peter[/name] [name]Ian[/name] [name]Joshua[/name] [name]Hilton[/name]
And
[name]Kurt[/name] [name]Aiden[/name] [name]Isaiah[/name] [name]Hilton[/name]
[name]Peter[/name] [name]Ian[/name] [name]Joshua[/name] [name]Hilton[/name]
And
[name]Kurt[/name] [name]Aiden[/name] [name]Isaiah[/name] [name]Hilton[/name]
This is strictly my opinion -
I’ll always pick [name]Kurt[/name] over [name]Peter[/name].
I just think it’s more modern, less chance of nasty pre-teen boy jokes.
I could see a [name]Kurt[/name] [name]Hilton[/name] in a band, or as Homecoming [name]King[/name]… [name]Peter[/name] [name]Hilton[/name] or [name]Pete[/name] [name]Hilton[/name] could be those things too… but I picture [name]Kurt[/name].
Not sure if I am helping. Good luck!
I prefer [name]Kurt[/name] over [name]Peter[/name]. I actually prefer [name]Kurtis[/name] over [name]Kurt[/name] because it sounds more formal and complete, but that is besides the point. [name]Peter[/name] is too biblical and common, along with its french variation [name]Pierre[/name], for my liking. To me it is also a slang word for penis. [name]Kurt[/name] sounds strong and masculine.
I prefer [name]Peter[/name] to [name]Kurt[/name]. By a lot. [name]Kurt[/name] feels very old-fashioned. Like [name]Lloyd[/name] or [name]Geoff[/name].
I like either [name]Peter[/name] or [name]Kurt[/name], but I would stick to one middle name.
Peter is a classic and timeless name. Kurt was popular in the sixties when surfer names were hot so I find the name “dated” to that time. Peter isn’t as abrupt and harsh in sound as Kurt. I also think that Peter Ian Joshua flows better than Kurt Aiden Isaiah (the three names in the second combo blend into one another to become Kurtaidenisaiah).
[name]Do[/name] you live in an area in which two middle names are the norm? (i.e., the UK?) If not, it’s really best to stick with one.
That said, the other problem with [name]Peter[/name] [name]Ian[/name] [name]Joshua[/name] [name]Hilton[/name] is that it rhymes in an annoying way. It may not be that obvious, but when you say it out loud, the flow of the names (emphasis on the first syllable in all four names) plus [name]Ian[/name] and [name]Hilton[/name] having the same sound for the last syllable makes it rhyme. [name]Peter[/name] [name]Joshua[/name] [name]Hilton[/name] is fine. I think [name]Peter[/name] is a sweet name, but unfortunately it does have teasing potential since it’s a penis slang term, like [name]Willy[/name], [name]Johnson[/name], [name]Woody[/name], etc. I don’t think it should be that much of a concern (I truly don’t think most people hear the name [name]Peter[/name] and think “penis”), but just something to consider.
[name]Kurt[/name] has a much stronger sound, but it’s quite harsh. I do appreciate that it’s totally fallen off the popularity charts, so there would be some points there for having an unusual name that isn’t a modern invention. I’m not wild about the middle name combo, even if either of them were dropped to give only one mn.
I agree, especially with the part about the flow. While I do not dislike [name]Kurt[/name], I just prefer [name]Peter[/name] and feel it’s a timeless name. The second combo does have a clunky feel to it. I like all 3 of those names, just not altogether like that.
[name]Peter[/name] [name]Ian[/name] [name]Joshua[/name] [name]Hilton[/name]
[name]Kurt[/name] [name]Aiden[/name] [name]Isaiah[/name] [name]Hilton[/name]
I prefer the first choice. It feels stronger & more classic. [name]Peter[/name] is such an underused classic, [name]Kurt[/name] feels like it should be short for [name]Curtis[/name] imo…
The [name]Aiden[/name] [name]Isaiah[/name] middles feel really light & vowelly. [name]Ian[/name] [name]Joshua[/name] feels stronger, but not overpowering the fn.
[name]Hilton[/name] I am assuming is your surname?
I prefer [name]Kurt[/name], to me it sounds strong and distinguished. That being said I would like only [name]Kurt[/name] [name]Isaiah[/name] (I don’t like [name]Aiden[/name]).
My dad’s name is [name]Kurt[/name]! And his brother’s name is [name]Peter[/name]. I’ve never met another [name]Kurt[/name] and I think I prefer it to [name]Peter[/name]. I dislike [name]Aiden[/name] with it though.
In both cases I like the middle names more than the first names. Not trying to be negative, I actually really love what you’ve picked as middle names, except I’d spell [name]Aiden[/name] with two a’s, [name]Aidan[/name], as its more traditional.
[name]Kurt[/name] sounds dated to me in the choppy '60s-'80s faux-surfer [name]Trent[/name]/[name]Troy[/name]/[name]Brad[/name]/[name]Chad[/name] way.
[name]Peter[/name], well, I have known a couple nice guys called [name]Pete[/name], but I’ve never actually liked the name very much. There are other timeless or slightly dad-ish names I like more: [name]Michael[/name], [name]John[/name], [name]Luke[/name], [name]Stephen[/name], [name]Vincent[/name], [name]Daniel[/name], [name]Joseph[/name].
[name]Peter[/name] [name]Ian[/name] [name]Joshua[/name] [name]Hilton[/name] because they all have the same feel to them. They’re all biblical.
[name]Kurt[/name] [name]Aiden[/name] [name]Isaiah[/name] [name]Hilton[/name] is all over the place. [name]Kurt[/name] sounds kind of clunky, [name]Aiden[/name] is Irish and trendy, [name]Isaiah[/name] is biblical.
[name]Ian[/name] is Biblical?
I definitely like your [name]Peter[/name] combo best, but would use [name]Peter[/name] [name]Aidan[/name] [name]Joshua[/name]. [name]Peter[/name] and [name]Ian[/name] together are ok, but a bit heavy on the long E sound.
I have a friend named [name]Kurt[/name] (around 30) and I’ve always liked his name, but his last name is also one syllable and together it sounds really abrupt. With your longer last name, I like how it works. There’s nothing wrong with [name]Peter[/name], it just doesn’t have that same pop for me.
I need opinions, which name is better and why
[name]Peter[/name] [name]Ian[/name] [name]Joshua[/name] [name]Hilton[/name]
[name]Kurt[/name] [name]Aiden[/name] [name]Isaiah[/name] [name]Hilton[/name]
I really like [name]Kurt[/name] [name]Aiden[/name] [name]Isaiah[/name] [name]Hilton[/name]! [name]Kurt[/name] is a very strong name (much stronger and up-to-date than [name]Peter[/name]) and I love [name]Aiden[/name] & [name]Isaiah[/name] too! Very striking name you have there!
