I’m new here and expecting a girl at the end of [name]April[/name]. I already have a son named [name]Bryson[/name] and prefer names that are not too common. I’m looking for something very feminine and with at least 2 syllables. The middle name will probably be [name]Dawn[/name] (My first name and family tradition, I have my Mother’s name as my middle and she has my Grandmother’s name as her’s, etc). The last name is Corl. My other half and can’t seem to agree at all on this topic. This is what I’ve thought of so far in no particular order…

Thank you for the suggestions. Part of the challenge is that we are a couple on the older side (I’m 37 and he’s 40) and he just isn’t believing me that these old fashioned names that we in style again! lol
lol, well they definitely are! Maybe go through the SSA list with him and show him which names are being most commonly used these days? Or just show him this comment, haha. Vintage, old-fashioned names are definitely in!
[name]How[/name] about [name]Arissa[/name]? It sounds similar to [name]Alyssa[/name] and [name]Larissa[/name] but it’s uncommon. It is pretty and goes well with your middle name choice.
[name]Isla[/name], [name]Evangeline[/name], [name]Genevieve[/name] (my name!) and [name]Bianca[/name] are my favorites. I think all of these sound great with the middle name [name]Dawn[/name] (which I love by the way) and brother’s name [name]Bryson[/name] but [name]Isla[/name] might be hard to pronounce to some people and [name]Bianca[/name] could be too alliterative for you. If you pick [name]Evangeline[/name] she will probably want a nickname. Lina? Evie?
