I-starting middle name for Giselle

They want a name beginning with I but hate [name]India[/name] so that’s out and so are the [name]Irene[/name] names, [name]Ivana[/name] and [name]Ivonne[/name]

Can you please suggest your favourite or favourites in ranking order out of these combos or think of any others? - many thanks:
[name]Giselle[/name] [name]Imogen[/name]
[name]Giselle[/name] [name]Iola[/name] (eye-o-luh or yo-luh? - unsure)
[name]Giselle[/name] [name]Iolanthe[/name] (again, not sure how to pronounce - any advice? - does this combo sound [name]OTT[/name]?)
[name]Giselle[/name] [name]Iris[/name]
[name]Giselle[/name] [name]Isabella[/name] (sound weird together?)
[name]Giselle[/name] [name]Isla[/name]
[name]Giselle[/name] [name]Ivy[/name]

[name]Giselle[/name] is beautiful! My favourite combo is definitely [name]Giselle[/name] [name]Iris[/name]. [name]Giselle[/name] [name]Isabella[/name] practically rhymes, not a fan of [name]Isla[/name] and together I think it’s too ‘L’ heavy, [name]Imogen[/name] is gorgeous but it doesn’t sound quite right with [name]Giselle[/name] [name]IMO[/name], [name]Giselle[/name] [name]Ivy[/name] runs together, I would pronounce [name]Iola[/name] ‘eye-OHL-ah’ and I think it’s the same as with [name]Isla[/name] making it too ‘L’ heavy. [name]Iolanthe[/name] is interesting. I haven’t heard of it before but I would pronounce it ‘eye-OHL-lan-THEE’ if that makes sense. It may be a little [name]OTT[/name], yes.

[name]Do[/name] you like [name]Giselle[/name] [name]Imani[/name], [name]Giselle[/name] [name]Idra[/name] or [name]Giselle[/name] [name]Ingrid[/name]? I think they all work really well. But [name]Giselle[/name] [name]Iris[/name] is wonderful

[name]Hope[/name] this helped!

I used to know a girl in high school named [name]Giselle[/name] and we all thought that it was the height of sophistication mixed with a bit of exotic flair. From your list, [name]Giselle[/name] [name]Ivy[/name] is my favourite combination with [name]Giselle[/name] [name]Iris[/name] and [name]Giselle[/name] [name]Imogen[/name] coming in second and third place. Other suggestions are [name]Giselle[/name] [name]Ione[/name] (eye-OH-nee), [name]Giselle[/name] [name]Isadora[/name] (instead of [name]Isabella[/name] which is too matchy with [name]Giselle[/name]), [name]Giselle[/name] [name]Isolde[/name], [name]Giselle[/name] [name]Ingrid[/name], [name]Giselle[/name] Igraine (ee-GRAYN) or [name]Giselle[/name] [name]Inez[/name] (ee-NAYS).

[name]Giselle[/name] [name]Isolde[/name]
[name]Giselle[/name] [name]Imogen[/name]
[name]Giselle[/name] [name]Ivory[/name]
[name]Giselle[/name] [name]Idelle[/name]

[name]Iola[/name] might be ee-o-la…

[name]How[/name] are you pronouncing [name]Giselle[/name]? G or J, S or Z, and silent or pronounced E?

[name]Giselle[/name] [name]Ianna[/name] or [name]Giselle[/name] [name]Ilianna[/name]

Many thanks - some great suggestions - [name]Giselle[/name] would be pronounced as j-…silent e

I think [name]Giselle[/name] [name]Iris[/name] and [name]Giselle[/name] [name]Ivy[/name] both work reasonably well. I also wanted to suggest [name]Giselle[/name] [name]Io[/name] (eye-oh).

There’s also [name]Ianthe[/name] - but it’s another of those how-to-pronounce names!

I like [name]Giselle[/name] [name]Iris[/name] and [name]Giselle[/name] [name]Imogen[/name].

My great-grandmother’s name was [name]Iola[/name]. We pronounced it eye-oh-la.

[name]How[/name] about [name]Ione[/name]? (eye-oh-knee) I [name]LOVE[/name] this name. [name]Just[/name] a thought!

Thanks for all the suggestions - and for telling me the pron. of [name]Iola[/name]. It’s quite sweet, though I don’t like [name]Ione[/name].
I like the [name]Iris[/name], [name]Ivy[/name] and [name]Imogen[/name] options best, in that order.

i like giselle ione too

giselle indigo

[name]Giselle[/name] [name]Iman[/name] - my favorite
[name]Giselle[/name] [name]Inez[/name]
[name]Giselle[/name] [name]Isha[/name]
[name]Giselle[/name] [name]Isadora[/name]

or from the previous suggestions:

[name]Giselle[/name] [name]Iris[/name] or [name]Giselle[/name] [name]Ivy[/name]
