I’m not a huge fan of [name_f]Francine[/name_f] as a first name, but maybe [name_f]Eliza[/name_f] [name_f]Francine[/name_f]? The nicknames for [name_f]Francine[/name_f] have never intrigued me, i.e. [name_u]Fran[/name_u], [name_f]Franny[/name_f]. But if you love it, then its perfect!
