I prefer [name_f]Gwendolen[/name_f], it feels fresher than [name_f]Genevieve[/name_f]. I also prefer the potential nickname [name_f]Gwen[/name_f] to [name_f]Gen[/name_f], [name_f]Genny[/name_f], or [name_f]Vivi[/name_f].

I think they are both great! I picked [name_f]Gwendolen[/name_f] because I think it sounds slightly better with [name_m]Ross[/name_m]. I love both [name_f]Gwen[/name_f] as a nn and [name_f]Neve[/name_f]/Nevi (neev) as a nn for [name_f]Genevieve[/name_f]. It’s really a tie for me as I like them both. Does either one “feel” more like your daughter’s name? I love a lot of names but sometimes one doesn’t feel quite like “my child’s name”.

They are both stunning. You can always save one for another girl. I love the flow of [name_f]Gwendolyn[/name_f] [name_m]Ross[/name_m].

[name_f]Genevieve[/name_f] [name_m]Ross[/name_m] - has that great V sound in it. Could do a [name_f]Genny[/name_f] or [name_f]Viv[/name_f], [name_f]Vivi[/name_f]. [name_m]Ross[/name_m] is a favorite. I have a tall blonde friend named [name_m]Ross[/name_m] who is the most chic woman I know.

I chose [name_f]Genevieve[/name_f] just because it’s one of my favorite names. But I agree that at this point you should just wait to meet her to decide if she’s a [name_f]Genevieve[/name_f] or a [name_f]Gwendolyn[/name_f]!

I adore [name_f]Gwendolen[/name_f] [name_m]Ross[/name_m]! It was actually a combo on my shortlist (spelling and all) until a recent revamp! Such a lovely name. You can’t go wrong with either of your choices, but I’m a sucker for [name_f]Gwen[/name_f].

Both lovely names. [name_f]Gwendolen[/name_f] has the edge for me as it is a little more unusual and [name_f]Gwen[/name_f] is so cute!
