I myself know many children, as I work in childcare, and do not know any [name_m]Liam[/name_m]'s (of any age).
I do know one boy (11 years old) with the middle name [name_m]Liam[/name_m].
I know a 10 year old [name_m]William[/name_m], and no others.

I have a relative that named her son [name_m]Liam[/name_m] and instantly regretted it and started calling him by his middle name. It is very popular, so you would have to be okay with him having other Liams in his classes. Here are some other ideas:
