I will NEVER be able to pick from these names! I need to just have 5 daughters...

  • Aria Dolhanyk : 63 (27%)
  • Clara/Claire Dolhanyk : 80 (34%)

  • Bella Dolhanyk : 21 (9%)
  • Emmeline Dolhanyk: 34 (15%)

[name_f]Aria[/name_f] & [name_f]Clara[/name_f] got my votes. If using the others as middles: [name_f]Aria[/name_f] [name_f]Juliet[/name_f] & [name_f]Clara[/name_f] [name_f]Emmeline[/name_f].

While [name_f]Juliet[/name_f], [name_f]Bella[/name_f] & [name_f]Emmeline[/name_f] are lovely, I feel like the letters and sounds in them clash a little with the surname – the L’s in both first and surname seem to create somewhat of a tongue twister (particularly with [name_f]Bella[/name_f] Dolhanyk) when said out loud. I don’t think this is a big deal at all, but it’s how I myself came to cut the five down to two pretty fast.

I like [name_f]Clara[/name_f] best. And definitely [name_f]Clara[/name_f] over [name_f]Claire[/name_f]. I think [name_f]Clara[/name_f] [name_f]Emmeline[/name_f] would be a nice combo.

[name_f]Emmeline[/name_f] [name_f]Clara[/name_f] or [name_f]Clara[/name_f] [name_f]Emmeline[/name_f].

[name_f]Emmeline[/name_f] [name_f]Belle[/name_f] is really pretty, as is [name_f]Emmeline[/name_f] [name_f]Claire[/name_f] and [name_f]Aria[/name_f] [name_f]Juliet[/name_f].

I don’t know how I’m going to manage to narrow down my list once the time comes!

I voted for [name_f]Aria[/name_f] and [name_f]Clara[/name_f]. If I were to use the other’s on your lists as MN’s, I like the sound of [name_f]Aria[/name_f] [name_f]Juliet[/name_f] and [name_f]Clara[/name_f] [name_f]Emmeline[/name_f].

Thanks for your feedback everyone! I have 2 questions:

  1. You don’t feel like sisters [name_f]Aria[/name_f] and [name_f]Clara[/name_f] are too similar? I would love to use [name_f]Aria[/name_f] and [name_f]Clara[/name_f] as sisters but I’ve always been afraid they’re too similar.
  2. When you guys say [name_f]Clara[/name_f] [name_f]Emmeline[/name_f], how are you pronouncing [name_f]Emmeline[/name_f]? [name_f]EmmeLINE[/name_f] or EmmeLEEN?

I picked [name_f]Aria[/name_f] and [name_f]Emmeline[/name_f] - I think [name_f]Aria[/name_f] [name_f]Juliet[/name_f] and [name_f]Emmeline[/name_f] [name_f]Belle[/name_f] would be stunning together. [name_f]Juliet[/name_f] would be a close third.

If you’re looking for more, I’d use [name_f]Aria[/name_f], [name_f]Juliet[/name_f], and [name_f]Emmeline[/name_f]; I like how they are all three syllables and kind of romantic names but they don’t sound matchy-matchy and each end in a different sound. I would use [name_f]Emmeline[/name_f] [name_f]Belle[/name_f], [name_f]Juliet[/name_f] [name_f]Claire[/name_f], and then find another shorter middle for [name_f]Aria[/name_f]. Maybe [name_f]Aria[/name_f] [name_f]Faith[/name_f], [name_f]Aria[/name_f] [name_u]Lane[/name_u] or [name_f]Aria[/name_f] [name_f]Rose[/name_f]?

[name_f]Clara[/name_f] Dolhanyk for sure.

I voted for [name_f]Clara[/name_f] and [name_f]Aria[/name_f], but I think [name_f]Clara[/name_f] works best with your surname.

Three syllable names are just too long with a three syllable surname, in my opinion, and I don’t like all of the L sounds with [name_f]Bella[/name_f] and your surname.

Oh, sorry. [name_m]Just[/name_m] realized you want names foe possible sisters.

In that case [name_f]Clara[/name_f] and [name_f]Juliet[/name_f]. [name_f]Aria[/name_f] is too close to [name_f]Clara[/name_f]. [name_f]Emmeline[/name_f] is too long. Same problem with [name_f]Bella[/name_f].

I like [name_f]Aria[/name_f] best followed by [name_f]Claire[/name_f].

I love [name_f]Aria[/name_f] and [name_f]Clara[/name_f]… [name_f]Clara[/name_f] [name_f]Emmeline[/name_f] and [name_f]Aria[/name_f] [name_f]Juliet[/name_f] are great combos.

Like many others here, I like [name_f]Aria[/name_f] & [name_f]Clara[/name_f] w/your last name. I don’t find them to be too similar either…one’s three syllables & the other’s two; one starts w/a vowel & the other a consonant; one’s got an L & the other doesn’t. They’re both feminine & end in -a; that’s the only similarity that I see. If I’m going to combine names for fn & mn, I like:

[name_f]Aria[/name_f] [name_f]Juliet[/name_f]
[name_f]Clara[/name_f] [name_f]Emmeline[/name_f] (Ehm-eh-[name_f]LINE[/name_f])

They are all pretty names but I chose [name_f]Aria[/name_f] and [name_f]Emmeline[/name_f]. [name_u]Clair[/name_u] was my next choice. [name_u]Clair[/name_u] and [name_f]Aria[/name_f] work well together I think better than [name_f]Aria[/name_f] and [name_f]Clara[/name_f] as they sound a lot alike. With using the other names as middles. i think [name_f]Belle[/name_f] (instead of [name_f]Bella[/name_f]) is the one that really flows well as a middle name with this list =)
[name_f]Aria[/name_f] [name_f]Juliet[/name_f]
[name_f]Clara[/name_f] [name_f]Belle[/name_f]
[name_f]Emmeline[/name_f] [name_u]Clair[/name_u]
