someone can explain to me how will reply on a message ?

If it’s a private message, open it and scroll down to the bottom of the message. Underneath it there should be a textbox (like when you reply in a thread) where the message you want to reply to is quoted. Either reply above the quote, underneath it, or remove the quote and reply in a blank textbox. Then hit “submit message” (under the textbox on the right)
