Ideas to honor Audrey and Louise

hi.
need advice and creativity from the mavens.
my niece and nephew are expecting a girl.
they’ve pretty much decided on [name]Ainsley[/name] for a first name.
they’re looking for a middle to honor both grandmothers: [name]Audrey[/name] and [name]Louise[/name] (who’s been called [name]Lois[/name] all her life.)
we’re stuck. everything we’ve come up with just sounds too made up.
appreciate any of your ideas.
thanks.

A friend of mine has a daughter named Landrie… perhaps you could tweak it to Landrey (keeps the L in [name]Lois[/name] and the drey in [name]Audrey[/name]) Or I think using both as a middle would be lovely… [name]Ainsley[/name] [name]Audrey[/name]-[name]Louise[/name].

I like the idea of [name]Audrey[/name]-[name]Louise[/name], but [name]Ainsley[/name] and [name]Audrey[/name] look repetitive to me.

There’s [name]Audra[/name], [name]Maude[/name], [name]Eloise[/name]… but I have no ideas for combining the two names into one.

To me, [name]Ainsley[/name] could be a way to honor [name]Audrey[/name] because they are so similar. What about just [name]Ainsley[/name] [name]Louise[/name] or [name]Ainsley[/name] [name]Lou[/name]?

Ways to honor [name]Audrey[/name]:
[name]Auden[/name]
[name]Audrina[/name]
[name]Augusta[/name]
[name]Aurelia[/name]
[name]Aurora[/name]
[name]Autumn[/name]

Names related to [name]Audrey[/name]'s meaning “noble strength”:
[name]Althea[/name]
[name]Bernadette[/name]
[name]Bridget[/name]
[name]Imara[/name]
[name]Matilda[/name]
[name]Pilar[/name]
[name]Valeria[/name]

Ways to honor [name]Louise[/name]:
[name]Lilou[/name]
[name]Louella[/name]
[name]Lucasta[/name]
[name]Lucia[/name]
[name]Lucienne[/name]
[name]Lucinda[/name]
[name]Lucretia[/name]
[name]Lula[/name]

Names related to [name]Louise[/name]'s meaning “renowned warrior”:
[name]Andrea[/name]/[name]Andrina[/name]/[name]Andriana[/name]
[name]Bellatrix[/name]
[name]Camilla[/name]
[name]Clothilde[/name]/[name]Clotilda[/name]
[name]Edith[/name]
[name]Gabrielle[/name]
[name]Livia[/name]
[name]Maeve[/name] (in mythology, this is the name of a warrior queen as are some of the others listed)
[name]Matilda[/name]
[name]Ottilie[/name]
[name]Toril[/name]
[name]Zelda[/name]

I would drop [name]Ainsley[/name] and use [name]Audrey[/name] [name]Louise[/name] for the name. Gorgeous! I don’t mean to be crude, but when I see [name]Ainsley[/name], I always think anus.

can’t use the actual names because both grandmothers are very much alive. religious tradition disallows the use of names of
living relatives.

some great ideas. thanks.

Anything looking/sounding too much like [name]Audrey[/name] will be repetitive combined with [name]Ainsley[/name]. I second what another poster said about having [name]Ainsley[/name] be after [name]Audrey[/name], and using [name]Louise[/name] as the middle. [name]Ainsley[/name] [name]Lou[/name] is very cute!
