[name]Just[/name] for fun, I want to see what kind of reactions there might be to the names I’d love to use for my future children.
Here is my hypothetical family.
(I’ll just use first names.)
-
[name]Griffin[/name] - Age 7 1/2. Tall for his age, with dark brown hair, and hazel eyes. A serious little boy, very smart, with a big vocalulary, and a sweet personality.
-
[name]Davis[/name] - Age 5. Slightly curly brown hair, blue eyes, a dimple in one cheek, full of life, and a people person.
-
[name]Coralie[/name] - Age 2 1/2. [name]Long[/name] reddish/brown hair, blue eyes, dimples, and a sweet happy, but shy, personality.
-
[name]Annelise[/name] - Newborn baby girl! Chubby, with dimples in her cheeks, auburn hair, blue eyes, and full of smiles.
So what would you think if you met this family?
I think they suit each other well
I love [name]Davis[/name] and [name]Griffin[/name] together, being both surnames. And I think [name]Coralie[/name] and [name]Annelise[/name] have the same feel, with adorable nicknames [name]Cora[/name] and [name]Annie[/name]. I’d think it was a well named family
Christina_marie, thanks so much for your feedback! I feel like the boys’ names go well together, and the girls’ names go together, but wasn’t sure if they fit as a whole. I love how both [name]Coralie[/name] and [name]Annelise[/name] have so many cute nn options!
I guess if they’re all names we love, then it really doesn’t matter all that much if they make the perfect sib-set. But it would be nice!
I’d be very pleased with the boys, but secretly be hating on [name]Coralie[/name] (for some reason it seems really tacky to me) and thinking that [name]Anneliese[/name] is becoming so common (not necessarily bad, though, and I’d be really happy that it’s this spelling and not [name]Annalise[/name]). I’m secretly really judgemental haha.
