I think it would depend on what they ended up choosing…like, because of my name (that has been popular for centuries) I have strong opinions on using names that have been super popular for a long time, (Yes, I break my own rule a lot but…) but if they hadn’t named me a super-common name for me, (and I therefore didn’t have that rule) then maybe–my name is quite my style!

Never, ever. I could never put a child through that. [name_f]My[/name_f] birth name is actually one of the reasons I’m so passionate about names and the reason why I want to find the perfect name for my kid, so that they never have to experience what I did.

I would maybe use my real name as a middle name, as it’s more my style of middle name, but it’s pretty uncommon so I don’t know if I would have ever heard of it!
