I'm in labor in the hospital.... Trying to choose between 2 names!

[name_f]Rosemary[/name_f] [name_f]Frances[/name_f]

Or

[name_f]Brynn[/name_f] [name_f]Elora[/name_f]

Thoughts on both?

[name_f]Rosemary[/name_f] [name_f]Frances[/name_f] has my vote! It’s beautiful. [name_f]Brynn[/name_f] [name_f]Elora[/name_f] doesn’t flow as well, to me.
Best of luck, taralee!

Both are lovely names.

It strikes me how different in style these two names are. It might be easier to break the tie if I knew what other names you like (for a sister down the road perhaps).

If other favorites names are more traditional yet vintage (not common), I would go with [name_f]Rosemary[/name_f] [name_f]Frances[/name_f].

However, if other favorites names are unisex and simple, I would go with [name_f]Brynn[/name_f] [name_f]Elora[/name_f]

We have seven other kids… Our naming style is all over the map… We don’t care about having the names go together. ”

[name_f]Rosemary[/name_f] [name_f]Frances[/name_f] is vintage, timeless and has great nickname potential.

[name_f]Brynn[/name_f] is fresh, on-trend, sleek and tailored, but [name_f]Elora[/name_f] adds a feminine touch.

Both are lovely in different ways. Maybe you will just know when you see her. Best wishes!

Congrats on number 8! [name_f]Rosemary[/name_f] gets my vote, it has a comfortable yet different feel if that makes sense. I only know one rosemary who is an adult and I think personally I just like it best of your 2.

[name_f]Brynn[/name_f] [name_f]Elora[/name_f] is by far my favourite. I’ve never cared for [name_f]Rosemary[/name_f] or [name_f]Frances[/name_f].

I like the classic style of [name_f]Rosemary[/name_f] [name_f]Frances[/name_f]. But if you’d prefer something more unusual, i would go with [name_f]Elora[/name_f] [name_f]Brynn[/name_f] or even [name_f]Melora[/name_f] [name_f]Brynn[/name_f]. [name_u]Mel[/name_u] or [name_f]Mellie[/name_f] would be a sweet nn. I’m not a fan of [name_f]Brynn[/name_f] as a fn.

I prefer [name_f]Brynn[/name_f] to [name_f]Rosemary[/name_f], but I prefer the nn [name_f]Rosie[/name_f] to [name_f]Brynn[/name_f]. That said, I prefer [name_f]Brynn[/name_f] [name_f]Elora[/name_f] to [name_f]Rosemary[/name_f] [name_f]Frances[/name_f] - which sounds very old lady-like to me.

They are both so lovely and so different! I adore the vintage beauty of [name_f]Rosemary[/name_f] [name_f]Frances[/name_f]. And I love the nickname [name_f]Rosie[/name_f]!

[name_f]Rosemary[/name_f] [name_f]Frances[/name_f] just feels super heavy to me. I love vintage names, but these together just seems a little overwhelmingly old lady.

[name_f]Brynn[/name_f] [name_f]Elora[/name_f] has more of a fun, unexpected balance. So I would choose this name over [name_f]Rosemary[/name_f] [name_f]Frances[/name_f].

That being said, if you are open to consider different combinations of these names…

[name_f]Rosemary[/name_f] [name_f]Brynn[/name_f]
[name_f]Frances[/name_f] [name_f]Elora[/name_f]
[name_f]Elora[/name_f] [name_f]Brynn[/name_f]
[name_f]Frances[/name_f] [name_f]Brynn[/name_f]
[name_f]Rosemary[/name_f] [name_f]Elora[/name_f]
[name_f]Elora[/name_f] [name_f]Frances[/name_f]

[name_f]Rosemary[/name_f] [name_f]Frances[/name_f] for me.

100% agree
All the best!

Thank you all! I will update when we decide

[name_f]Brynn[/name_f] [name_f]Elora[/name_f] for me. Not a fan of [name_f]Rosemary[/name_f].

[name_f]Rosemary[/name_f] [name_f]Frances[/name_f].

[name_f]Brynn[/name_f] [name_f]Elora[/name_f]. I like [name_f]Elora[/name_f] a lot.

Both are nice names, but I slightly prefer [name_f]Brynn[/name_f] [name_f]Elora[/name_f]. It is light and unexpected.

[name_f]Rosemary[/name_f] [name_f]Frances[/name_f] hands down!

I strongly prefer [name_f]Rosemary[/name_f] [name_f]Frances[/name_f]. [name_f]Brynn[/name_f] doesn’t have much substance.
