I’ve posted before and thought we had decided on the name [name]Van[/name] for our 3rd boy BUT now i don’t know and am making myself so confused. Our list is pretty short so could you please tell me what name you think completes are family of 3 boys, brothers are [name]Dash[/name] [name]Harrison[/name] and [name]Mack[/name] [name]Vincent[/name]. Middle names can change…our other boys middle names are family names but for multiple reason I really want to use [name]Indiana[/name] in the middle spot and it would give me the nickname [name]Indy[/name] which I love (plus if we used [name]Van[/name] his initials would be VIP and our son [name]Mack[/name]'s are MVP). Possible family middle names: [name]Andrew[/name], [name]James[/name], [name]Campbell[/name], [name]Jesse[/name], [name]Hal[/name]
[name]Dash[/name], [name]Mack[/name], and [name]Van[/name] OR [name]Dash[/name], [name]Mack[/name], and [name]Knox[/name] would get my vote. I like an energetic, one-syllable first name to go with [name]Dash[/name] and [name]Mack[/name]. [name]Van[/name] and [name]Knox[/name] fit that bill. I would do [name]Knox[/name] [name]Indiana[/name] or [name]Van[/name] [name]Indiana[/name]. [name]Jesse[/name] is fun too, though. [name]Dash[/name], [name]Mack[/name], and [name]Jesse[/name] would be great as well.
What about using [name]INDY[/name] as his first name? all the names on your list are great. the only one I see as not fitting in and not being nearly as cool is [name]Jesse[/name].
I like the suggestion of [name]Rafe[/name] with [name]Dash[/name] and [name]Mack[/name]. I like [name]Van[/name] with their names too, but [name]Van[/name] [name]Indiana[/name] has to much -an sound in it for me. [name]Van[/name] [name]Campbell[/name] sounds better to me. I like the idea of [name]Knox[/name], but not the popularity.
I think a one syllable name that goes with [name]Dash[/name] and [name]Mack[/name] would work best. I really like [name]Van[/name] but I also like the other suggestions of [name]Rafe[/name] and [name]Vaughn[/name].
Other options…
[name]Lex[/name]
[name]Dez[/name]
[name]Bram[/name]
[name]Ward[/name]
[name]Jax[/name]
[name]Linc[/name]
What about Bixby [name]Indiana[/name]? nn [name]Bix[/name].
I agree with a previous poster, why not just name him [name]Indy[/name]? Or [name]Indiana[/name]? Or [name]Indigo[/name]?
From your list, I love [name]Jesse[/name]. I have a soft spot for that one. And [name]Jesse[/name] [name]Indiana[/name] sounds like hell on wheels (in the best way).
Have you considered [name]Wilder[/name] or [name]Wiley[/name]? They have a similar feel to me.
[name]Van[/name] is not my favorite. Mostly because it reminds me of that SNL sketch with [name]Chris[/name] [name]Farley[/name], the “van down by the river” guy.
I think [name]Beau[/name] would be cute-but maybe not as “hard” a name as the others. I like [name]Rhys[/name] and [name]Knox[/name] too- Also like [name]Rex[/name]. I think [name]Van[/name] works fine but I too like [name]Vaughn[/name] better. I also like [name]Vince[/name]! I think [name]Vince[/name] [name]Dash[/name] and [name]Mack[/name] would be cute. I don’t think you want another “A” sound. I also love [name]Walt[/name]-though again, maybe doesn’t have the same edginess of the others, but it has the same hard stop at the end.
And I think [name]Indy[/name]/[name]Indiana[/name], [name]Indigo[/name], would work with [name]Indy[/name], or even [name]Inigo[/name]?
I like [name]Dash[/name], [name]Mack[/name], and [name]Walt[/name]
followed by
[name]Dash[/name], [name]Mack[/name], and [name]Rex[/name] (I also like [name]Lex[/name], as in [name]Lex[/name] [name]Luther[/name]!) I’d name him Lexton though after various namesakes.
thanks everyone!! I think I am more confused now : ) (and entertained because I just watched the mentioned [name]Chris[/name] [name]Farley[/name] clip again…one of my favorite as it reminds me of when my husband dressed up as him Halloween and said that line like 50505 times in one night!!) I love the name [name]Rafe[/name] and [name]Rafferty[/name] but my husband hates it. I can’t do [name]Vince[/name] because [name]Vincent[/name] is my maiden name and my middle childs middle name. I have never thought about the [name]Beck[/name]/[name]Mack[/name] issue so maybe that is out. I just can’t see myself naming the baby [name]Indiana[/name] even though I love it in the middle name spot. I have always loved [name]Wilder[/name] and [name]Wylie[/name] - however the sons I already have are pretty wild and crazy and I am hoping this kid likes to sit still and read books instead of climb and jump and if he is named [name]Wilder[/name] I doubt that will happen : ) but maybe it would fit him perfectly! [name]Do[/name] you think of [name]Knox[/name] as trendy?? too celebrity insipired??
My 2 and 4 year old have white blonde hair and blue eyes…what name on my list with the addition of [name]Wilder[/name]/[name]Wylie[/name] - makes you think of a cute and wild super blonde child???
My favourite from your options and with [name]Dash[/name] and [name]Mack[/name] is [name]Jesse[/name]. Followed closely by [name]Knox[/name] and then [name]Van[/name]. Of course [name]Angelina[/name] used [name]Knox[/name], but it was a few years ago now and I think the connection is getting thinner. I wouldn’t call it a deal breaker at all.
[name]Jesse[/name] [name]Campbell[/name] is great and you can’t go wrong but [name]Knox[/name] [name]Indiana[/name] is pretty awesome.
I like [name]Wylie[/name], but not [name]Wilder[/name]. [name]Wilder[/name] seems too surnamey compared to [name]Dash[/name] and [name]Mack[/name].
I agree with the others [name]Jesse[/name] [name]Campbell[/name] and [name]Knox[/name] [name]Campbell[/name] or a new suggestion of [name]Weston[/name] nn [name]West[/name].
I neglected to mention [name]Knox[/name] in my previous post. I think it fits well in your sibset. I dont immediately associate it with Brangelina. It reminds me of [name]Knox[/name] Overstreet from Dead [name]Poet[/name] Society. It’s a great name!
