I am entirely thrilled to announce that we’ve welcomed our sweet girl, [name_f]June[/name_f] [name_f]Harriet[/name_f][name_f][/name_f].
[name_f]June[/name_f] was born at 3:02 p.m. on the 7th, weighing 7 lbs 9 oz and measuring 20 inches long. Her birth was quick and easy, and she entered the world loud and full of vibrance. She settled the moment she heard her daddy’s voice and has proved to be a contented soul ever since.
[name_f][/name_f]As the youngest of four girls, June’s name was carefully chosen, and we believe it is an exceptionally meaningful choice. Her first name was picked for its connection to many things we hold dear [name_f][/name_f]— namely, a wonderful little girl I had the pleasure of caring for, and one of my favorite childhood book series. [name_f]June[/name_f] is a sunny choice for our happy girl, and I hope that brightness guides her all her life. Her middle name, [name_f]Harriet[/name_f], was chosen for its ties to several family names [name_f][/name_f]— most importantly, the surname of a family we hold close to our hearts, and a nod to family names like [name_m]Harold[/name_m] and [name_m]Harry[/name_m]. June’s full name means “a young home ruler,” which we feel beautifully reflects her place in our family: the youngest who has filled our home with an abundance of love [name_f][/name_f]— the kind of love that rules both our hearts and our household [name_f][/name_f]— just as her older sisters have.
We are complete with our quartet of girls: [name_f]Olive[/name_f] [name_f]Hildegard[/name_f] “Ovie” (5), [name_m]Alcott[/name_m] [name_f]Ramona[/name_f] “Lottie” (4), [name_f]Clementine[/name_f] [name_f]Louisa[/name_f] “Clemmie” (3), and baby [name_f]June[/name_f] [name_f]Harriet[/name_f]. Our littlest bird’s big sissies are absolutely thrilled with her and proud to be introducing her to the world.
[name_f][/name_f][name_m]Welcome[/name_m], [name_f]Junie[/name_f] [name_f][/name_f]— we are so honored to have you.
