Thoughts on these names

Imogen’ immy
[name_f][/name_f]
[name_f]Penelope[/name_f] ‘ [name_f]Nellie[/name_f]
[name_f][/name_f]
[name_f]Philippa[/name_f] ‘ [name_f]Pippa[/name_f]
[name_f][/name_f]
[name_f]Emilia[/name_f] ‘ [name_f]Emmy[/name_f]
[name_f][/name_f]
And whether like the middle name [name_f]Monroe[/name_f] or [name_f]Evergreen[/name_f] overall or for any of these options
I like all of the full names [name_f][/name_f]- [name_f]Philippa[/name_f] least, but it’s still perfectly respectable.
[name_f][/name_f]
I love [name_f]Nellie[/name_f] as a nickname, but not the others. [name_f]Immy[/name_f] sounds childish, and [name_f]Pippa[/name_f] sounds like a vulgar slang term for female genitalia in my language.
[name_f][/name_f]
They all have a cohesive style: posh, but approachable and capable.
[name_f][/name_f]
I prefer [name_f]Monroe[/name_f] as a middle name for each.
[name_f][/name_f]
I’d name siblings [name_m]George[/name_m] “Georgie” or [name_f]Rosalind[/name_f] “Rosie”.
I like [name_f]Philippa[/name_f] and I don’t mind the look of [name_f]Emilia[/name_f], but it’s too close to [name_f]Amelia[/name_f], which I hate for personal reasons.
[name_f]Imogen[/name_f] [name_f][/name_f]- I wish I could like her, she just doesn’t follow normal name constructs and isn’t “pretty” enough for me. [name_f][/name_f] [name_f]Immy[/name_f] is cute though!
[name_f][/name_f]
[name_f]Penelope[/name_f] [name_f][/name_f]- I like it well enough but with its continued popularity she mostly feels boring to me. [name_f][/name_f] I love quite a few of the nns (especially [name_f]Poppy[/name_f] and [name_f]Lola[/name_f] though), but [name_f]Nellie[/name_f] is not one of them, sorry! [name_f][/name_f] I like [name_f]Nell[/name_f] ok but [name_f]Nellie[/name_f] does not appeal to me… probably because I also do not like [name_f]Ellie[/name_f] lol.
[name_f][/name_f]
[name_f]Philippa[/name_f] [name_f][/name_f]- very cool name, and [name_f]Pippa[/name_f] is sweet. [name_f][/name_f] Not a huge love but I respect it a lot! [name_f][/name_f] I do prefer [name_f]Philippine[/name_f] and [name_f]Philou[/name_f] (fee-loo) myself—I love [name_f]Philou[/name_f]!
[name_f][/name_f]
[name_f]Emilia[/name_f] [name_f][/name_f]- love this name, and really love the nn [name_f]Emmy[/name_f]. [name_f][/name_f] Easily my favorite! [name_f][/name_f] I have it on my own list to honor my great-grandma (her middle name was Amelia).
[name_f][/name_f]
I’m a bit eh about [name_f]Monroe[/name_f] in general, I do like [name_f]Evergreen[/name_f] but prefer it for a boy. [name_f][/name_f] I do like [name_f]Penelope[/name_f] [name_f]Evergreen[/name_f] and [name_f]Philippa[/name_f] [name_f]Monroe[/name_f], but I think [name_f]Imogen[/name_f] especially (for me anyway) needs a softer, frillier middle. [name_f][/name_f] Like [name_f]Imogen[/name_f] [name_f]Lilia[/name_f] or [name_f]Imogen[/name_f] [name_f]Seraphina[/name_f]?
[name_f][/name_f]
Good luck!
[name_f]Imogen[/name_f] “Immy” [name_f][/name_f]- I think this a great name. Sweet, upbeat, and I always like a feminine name with a consonant ending. [name_f]Imogen[/name_f] [name_f]Evergreen[/name_f] feels the best to me, I love the echoing sounds and rhythm of it, though I imagine some would understandable find it too echoey.
[name_f][/name_f]
[name_f]Penelope[/name_f] “Nellie” [name_f][/name_f]- [name_f]Penelope[/name_f] would likely be on my shortlist if my wife hadn’t vetoed. I love how quirky it is while still having a ton of history and the nickname options are divine. [name_f]Nell[/name_f], [name_f]Nellie[/name_f], [name_f]Poppy[/name_f], [name_f]Penny[/name_f], [name_f]Polly[/name_f], [name_f]Ellie[/name_f], [name_f]Lola[/name_f], even Ducky (it’s the name of a species of duck, which is super cute). Such a versatile name. [name_f]Penelope[/name_f] [name_f]Monroe[/name_f] I think is a little smoother, while [name_f]Penelope[/name_f] [name_f]Evergreen[/name_f] is a mouthful, but full of personality as well.
[name_f][/name_f]
[name_f]Philippa[/name_f] “Pippa” [name_f][/name_f]- I love [name_f]Pippa[/name_f]. [name_f]Philippa[/name_f] isn’t my favorite choice, something about the sound isn’t my favorite, but I respect that it’s a lovely classic and [name_f]Pippa[/name_f] is so fun and playful. It also looks so pretty written down. I think [name_f]Philippa[/name_f] [name_f]Monroe[/name_f] would look amazing on paper, and the contrast of old royal classic with a modern surname is cool.
[name_f][/name_f]
[name_f]Emilia[/name_f] “Emmy” [name_f][/name_f]- I do prefer the [name_f]Amelia[/name_f] spelling, but to get to the nickname [name_f]Emmy[/name_f] this spelling makes sense. [name_f]Emilia[/name_f] [name_f]Monroe[/name_f] is very smooth and sirenesque. I feel like that combo has a classic, ruby-lipstick femininity that a girl could really grow into, while [name_f]Emmy[/name_f] as a nickname keeps it young and playful.
[name_f]Imogen[/name_f] is literary and charming
[name_f][/name_f][name_f]Penelope[/name_f] is stylish and warm
[name_f][/name_f][name_f]Philippa[/name_f] is sassy but posh
[name_f][/name_f][name_f]Emilia[/name_f] is international and sweet
[name_f]Love[/name_f] [name_f]Philippa[/name_f] (+ Pippa) and [name_f]Imogen[/name_f], though I don’t like [name_f]Immy[/name_f]. [name_f][/name_f] Not keen on [name_f]Penelope[/name_f] though I adore some of the nicknames you’ve listed as stand-alones, for eg [name_f]Nell[/name_f] (as a shortened form for a longer name I prefer the traditional [name_f]Eleanor[/name_f] > Nell), [name_f]Penny[/name_f] and [name_f]Polly[/name_f]. [name_f][/name_f] Dislike [name_f]Emilia[/name_f] but there’s nothing wrong with it, it’s just not my thing.
[name_f]Imogen[/name_f] [name_f]Evergreen[/name_f] and [name_f]Penelope[/name_f] [name_f]Monroe[/name_f] are fantastic! I’d stick with the full first names though instead of nicknames.
I love [name_f]Imogen[/name_f]!
[name_f][/name_f][name_f]Penelope[/name_f] is not my thing but a lot of people like it. I do really like [name_f]Nellie[/name_f].
[name_f][/name_f][name_f]Philippa[/name_f] and [name_f]Pippa[/name_f] are both nice.
[name_f][/name_f][name_f]Emilia[/name_f] is fine, although I do prefer [name_f]Amelia[/name_f] or [name_f]Emily[/name_f].
[name_f][/name_f]
[name_f]Imogen[/name_f] [name_f]Monroe[/name_f]
[name_f][/name_f][name_f]Penelope[/name_f] [name_f]Evergreen[/name_f]
[name_f][/name_f][name_f]Philippa[/name_f] [name_f]Monroe[/name_f]
[name_f][/name_f][name_f]Emilia[/name_f] [name_f]Evergreen[/name_f]
I love [name_f]Imogen[/name_f]. It’s pretty but has restraint. Not a fan of [name_f]Immy[/name_f] though, it cheapens the name somewhat.
[name_f][/name_f]
[name_f]Emilia[/name_f] looks very nice on paper, but I prefer [name_f]Emily[/name_f]. I don’t really like [name_f]Emmy[/name_f].
[name_f][/name_f]
[name_f]Penelope[/name_f] and [name_f]Philippa[/name_f] are both okay, it’s just that I don’t personally enjoy the sound.
[name_f][/name_f]
[name_f]Monroe[/name_f] works well as a middle name for all four names.
