We are almost certainly set with our girl’s choice, should this baby be a girl. However, I feel I want to revisit my list.
I am open to suggestions of other names that would fit in with these choices, as well as opinions of any helpful sort.
I’m including my front-runner in this list.
Oh, last name is 1 syllable, starts with a P (does this eliminate names beginning with P? I think so, but am curious to see what others think…) and rhymes with “mouse”.
Thanks Berries!
Our mutually-agreed upon list for our [name_f]February[/name_f] baby:
[name_u]Marian[/name_u]…brand new to my list…I dreamed about this name the other night!
[name_f]Rosalind[/name_f]
[name_f]Jane[/name_f]
[name_f]Florence[/name_f]
[name_f]Daphne[/name_f]
Names I love but can’t use/convince husband of:
[name_f]Vera[/name_f]
[name_f]Eleanor[/name_f]/[name_f]Norah[/name_f]
[name_f]Adelaide[/name_f]
[name_f]Iris[/name_f]
[name_f]Flora[/name_f]
I think every one of these names is beautiful! With so many great choices, why go with a P name if your last name begins with P? I would also not go with the one syllable name, [name_f]Jane[/name_f], since your last name is one syllable. My favorites are [name_f]Rosalind[/name_f], [name_f]Daphne[/name_f] & [name_u]Marian[/name_u]!
My favorites are [name_f]Florence[/name_f] and [name_f]Rosalind[/name_f]! What a beautiful list, though; there’s actually nothing on it I dislike. Personally I don’t mind alliteration, but I would avoid one syllable ones in your case: [name_f]Penelope[/name_f] [name_u]Poe[/name_u], for instance, I think is fine. [name_m]Paul[/name_m] [name_u]Poe[/name_u], not so much.
[name_f]Rosalind[/name_f] and [name_f]Adelaide[/name_f] are my favorites from each of your lists! Whatever you pick, your baby will have a beautiful name!
