[name_f]Do[/name_f] y’all have suggestions that both of us would like?
Maybe a compromise of nicknames? A mor unusual full name with a familiar nickname or vice verse?
Like…

I’m seeing some overlap with the names you both like. There’s definitely hope here! I did notice the Biblical theme, but I’m looking at sounds over origin.
Ava + Noa - both short, two-syllable names ending in A.
Vita,
Viva,
Eva,
Koa (for a boy)
Avila (emphasis on the first A, like in the word Avalon)
Shiloh + Olivia - strong on Os and Is.
Shoshanna,
Milo (for a boy, and it’s like Miles!)
Shyla
Lyla
Lilo (Lee-low)
Viola / Violet
Morgan + Wren - ending in the “-en” sound
Merryn (mare like a horse + in)
Lauren
Soren (for a boy)
He likes Ava and you like Asa. These are very similar. I see Asa on the “both like” list. That might be a winner - for either sex, perhaps.
Jordan is really similar to Morgan. He likes those sounds. So, Lauren or Soren are looking stronger now. You could use Wren as a nickname for either one.
Jonah from the “both like” boys list does the best job of bringing together the strong O sound and A ending you both favor, plus it starts with the J he likes from Jordan and Jaylen, and it has the same sounds as Noa from your list.
