I still voted because I like a lot of the names (Calista, [name_u]Romilly[/name_u], [name_f]Kalliope[/name_f], Marilyn), but I guess I’m confused by what you mean in the title? Upon seeing just the title (and not seeing the category) I first thought [name_m]Otto[/name_m] and [name_f]Ava[/name_f] as far as symmetrical names (and also palindromes).

Those are my favorites too! I noticed Romilly can be a way to Miley and now I really like it. I also really like Shilo / Shyla and Calista.

That is a great name that always gets overlooked because it was popular. But it really is a pretty name!
