We are SLOWLY making progress in our quest to name our daughter, and second child, due in a month. Our son [name]Leo[/name] is 2 and we have narrowed our list down, but we still don’t agree on our favorite two or three names. Any help is much appreciated!! We have a one syllable last name beginning with B. Here is our “top tier”:

[name]Eleanor[/name]
[name]Lucy[/name]
[name]Matilda[/name], nn [name]Millie[/name]
These are all pretty names so you cant go wrong…
since your son’s name, [name]Leo[/name], starts with an “L” and your last name starts with a “B” I am going to chose [name]Mathilda[/name] nn [name]Millie[/name] and [name]Molly[/name] as my favorites.

Out of the five names on your list, I think [name]Eleanor[/name] or [name]Matilda[/name] go best with [name]Leo[/name] and your last name. [name]Molly[/name] is too much of a nickname for me, and [name]Lucy[/name] and [name]Leo[/name] could seem cutesy together. Depending on your last name, the alliteration of [name]Beatrix[/name] Bsurname could sound silly. I don’t think normally B is a good letter for alliteration, but it really depends.

My first choice would be [name]Matilda[/name], second [name]Eleanor[/name], and third [name]Molly[/name].
