I voted for [name_f]Rosemary[/name_f] and [name_f]Ruth[/name_f]. [name_f]Rosemary[/name_f] is a name that I truly love. I was going to vote for [name_f]India[/name_f] as well, but sooooo many people find it controversial that I decided to toss my vote in for [name_f]Ruth[/name_f] because it doesn’t have that drama surrounding it. I’m not a fan of [name_f]Virginie[/name_f] at all.

[name_f]India[/name_f] as a girl’s name is too tied up in icky colonial history. If you’re white, even if it’s not a thing to you, there will be tons of people throughout her life who will twitch and bite their tongues when they hear her name. I voted [name_f]Rosemary[/name_f], but if you changed [name_f]Virginie[/name_f] to [name_f]Virginia[/name_f] that would definitely be my pick.

I would rank them:

#1: [name_f]Ruth[/name_f], which I voted for. It’s sweet, simple and classic.
#2: [name_f]India[/name_f], it feels interesting and exotic. Whether it’s usable or not probably depends on where you live- in the UK where it has a history of use as a given name, it would go over better than in, say, the USA
#3: [name_f]Rosemary[/name_f] has a similar feel to [name_f]Ruth[/name_f] for me but doesn’t feel as strong.
#4: I like [name_f]Virginie[/name_f] but it doesn’t feel quite as timeless, and looks a bit fussy and like you’re trying too hard to be different or international unless you’re actually [name_m]French[/name_m] or speak it. [name_f]Virginia[/name_f] is lovely though.

[name_f]India[/name_f] and [name_f]Rosemary[/name_f] are my choices. I’ve never met an [name_f]India[/name_f] and have only met two Rosemarys.

[name_f]Ruth[/name_f] is good, but maybe will get more use and while I love [name_f]Virginie[/name_f] it seems harder to wear than the first two.
