Hello, berries!

So, my husband and I are 100% decided on a boy’s name, which starts with a C. However, our last name also starts with a C (we don’t mind alliteration as long as it flows, and the first and last name do. ;)).

However, the only middle names we seem to be able to come up with start with the letter A! Thus, my dilemma: our son’s initials would be CAC. This is a little off-putting to me, but my husband doesn’t really mind it at all. I just don’t find these letters to go well together, and these initials are one A away from spelling POOP in Spanish! (I’m Hispanic.)

Am I overthinking this/being paranoid, or does my logic make sense here? Ha. Thanks for the insight!

I wouldn’t be worried, now if the mn started with O… might be more concerned with that. I think CAC is fine. :slight_smile:

CAC is fine :). It does not itself make a word. I also checked an online acronym dictionary and none of the results are derogatory.

I wouldn’t worry, I know lots of people with various rude initials and nobody ever mentions it.

CAC is fine. I have similar “issues” because my last name starts with K and I like a lot of vowel names so its hard not to spell out words.
