Here are some interesting finds in my high school yearbook. We’re a considerably diverse school with especially large Korean and Nigerian populations; I’ve omitted most of the ethnic choices, as those alone could be used to write a baby name book. I’m in [name]Alabama[/name].
This isn’t a recent yearbook? [name]How[/name] long have the Kardashians been popular? Some of these are crazy, but I really like [name]Forrest[/name], [name]Piper[/name], [name]Maeve[/name], [name]Sorcha[/name] and [name]Augustina[/name].
@cristinamariane: These names are from the 2011-2012 yearbook. I don’t know why his name is Kardashian.
@thetxbelle: I don’t know [name]Guillaume[/name] so I couldn’t tell you for sure. If I had to guess I’d say “Gwilliam” is the most common pronunciation.
The Kardashians’ father was one of O.J. [name]Simpson[/name]'s lawyers. Wouldn’t a child born during his trial be in high school now? I would bet that Kardashian is named for him.
I’d have liked to see the Korean names, mainly because I have a soft spot for Korean things. (being half Korean and all…) However, here are the ones I liked from the list given:
[name]Ike[/name]
[name]Cassidy[/name] (love seeing this on a boy! It’s a not-so-guilty pleasure for me)
[name]London[/name] (see above)
[name]Gideon[/name]
[name]Acton[/name] (reminds me of [name]Anne[/name] [name]Bronte[/name]'s pen name)
