Interesting Sibset (1853 - 1868)

I’ve been doing my weekly Ancestry research and just found an interesting sibset - they are my 1st cousins, 4 generations back. They were born between 1853 and 1868…

[name_m]Frederick[/name_m], [name_f]Emma[/name_f], [name_m]Freeman[/name_m], [name_m]Charles[/name_m] and Emilius.

The parents obviously had a thing for F and E names! I’m not sure what happened with [name_m]Charles[/name_m] but maybe it’s a family name further back. I personally think [name_m]Frederick[/name_m] and [name_m]Freeman[/name_m] and [name_f]Emma[/name_f] and Emilius are far too matchy, but none the less this sibset stood out enough for me to want to post about it!

What do you think?

Very Interesting Indeed!

[name_m]Freeman[/name_m] and Emilius seem out of place to me. [name_m]Charles[/name_m], [name_m]Frederick[/name_m], and [name_f]Emma[/name_f] are all more mainstream for that time.

[name_m]Freeman[/name_m] is a family surname but I’m not sure where they got Emilius from!

Emilius obviously inherited a taste for unusual names as he named his own son Prime!

Prime is such a cool name! Have you got anymore interesting names?
