I’m a little late getting over here, but since I got a lot of inspiration on the Nameberry forums I thought I’d share our pick.
Beatrix Esther was born 7-23-12 at 3:08pm! 8lb 12oz, 22"
Beatrix means “she who brings happiness” and she is living up to her name. We went with the German variation with the “x” as a nod to my ancestry and I just like the way it looks. Esther means “star” and was chosen because it is a family name on both sides of my family. (The boys have family names for mn’s too.)
Big Brothers Wesley Eugene and Dexter Charles are loving having a baby around.
We have a plethora of nn’s going on, but Bea (pronounced “bee”) is the one we use most often.
