Iris & Isla? Too close for sisters?

I love the name [name]Isla[/name] for our future daughter. But I already have a daughter named [name]Iris[/name]. Are they too close for sisters? Does [name]Isla[/name] fit with our sibling set [name]Lily[/name], [name]Oliver[/name], [name]Iris[/name] & [name]Miles[/name]? Does the middle name [name]Helena[/name] sound okay with [name]Isla[/name]?

I agree. They’re to close in initial sound, each four letters, 2 syllables. It’s a little too much [name]IMO[/name].

I think [name]Iris[/name] and [name]Isla[/name] sound so cute as sibling names. [name]Isla[/name] [name]Helena[/name] is beautiful :slight_smile:

I love the name [name]Helena[/name] for a first name but my hubby isn’t convinced using it as a middle is our compromise. I do love [name]Eleni[/name] as well though and wonder if my hubby would go for it. I also like [name]Leni[/name].

I love [name]Rosalie[/name], its my #1 favourite and would work well with your sibset. The first name that sprang to mind with your other kid’s names was [name]Poppy[/name], but I understand if you want to steer away from a flower theme.

I have a friend called [name]Leni[/name], fn [name]Selena[/name] which is beautiful; I think its from mythology.
