[name_f]Iris[/name_f]
[name_f]Azalea[/name_f] reminds me too much of [name_m]Iggy[/name_m]
I prefer [name_f]Iris[/name_f], though both are pretty. I like the compactness of [name_f]Iris[/name_f].
[name_f]Azalea[/name_f]. As a name it’s more unusual than [name_f]Iris[/name_f] and I think it sounds lovely. Also I’m from the Southeast, where Azaleas are a pretty iconic flower, so it sounds Southern to me in a way that is also fresh and modern.
I know a little girl named [name_f]Azalea[/name_f]. I’d never considered it as a name before meeting her but I love it now.
[name_f]Azalea[/name_f]. It’s pretty and spunky.
I prefer [name_f]Azalea[/name_f]. It has more life than [name_f]Iris[/name_f], [name_f]IMO[/name_f].
Both are lovely, but I think @carlasworld summed it up perfectly when she said that [name_f]Azalea[/name_f] has a little more life!!!
[name_f]Iris[/name_f]! It sounds very beautiful and sophisticated with lots of good connotations. [name_f]Azalea[/name_f] is too tied to [name_m]Iggy[/name_m] [name_f]Azalea[/name_f] for me.
thanks guys, how about [name_f]Iris[/name_f] and [name_f]Azalea[/name_f] as a middle name? Is it too much like [name_m]Iggy[/name_m] [name_f]Azalea[/name_f]? Or too much of a tongue twister?
I don’t like the name [name_f]Iris[/name_f] because it makes me think of the part of the eye. [name_f]Nor[/name_f] do I like [name_f]Azalea[/name_f], due to the connection with [name_m]Iggy[/name_m] [name_f]Azalea[/name_f] - but I like the nickname [name_f]Lea[/name_f], so I voted for it.
I think [name_f]Iris[/name_f] is easier to wear for and I really like [name_f]Iris[/name_f] [name_f]Azalea[/name_f]! You get to have both your favourites! [name_f]Azalea[/name_f] feels a bit long and she may end up with a nickname which we don’t always get to choose, as sometimes they just happen especially when she is older.
