So the girl girl sibset [name_f]Flora[/name_f] and [name_f]Iris[/name_f] just popped into my head

Thoughts on [name_f]Iris[/name_f]? [name_f]Iris[/name_f] is the personification of Rainbows

[name_m]Can[/name_m] [name_f]Iris[/name_f] go with a surname that starts with the /sh/ sound? [name_f]Iris[/name_f] ~Shoemaker~ [name_f]Iris[/name_f] ~Showmen~?

Iris is bright and cheerful!
While the flow isnā€™t the best with the Sh surname, I think it works just fine.
[name_f]Flora[/name_f] and [name_f]Iris[/name_f] would make a lovely sibset.

Flora and [name_f]Iris[/name_f] is quite a floral sibset, but it works. [name_f]Iris[/name_f] is very dainty and sweet sounding. Iā€™m not a fan of [name_f]Iris[/name_f] with those last names because it ends up sounding like Irish and they run into each other.

I adore [name_f]Iris[/name_f] and itā€™s absolutely perfect with [name_f]Flora[/name_f]! Two of my favourites. I think you could get away with [name_f]Iris[/name_f] Sh-. Itā€™s not absolutely ideal but I donā€™t think itā€™s too much of a problem.

Pretty much just echoing this, but wanted to add I do love the name [name_f]Iris[/name_f], and while the flow with a ā€˜Sh-ā€™ surname isnā€™t the best, itā€™s still usable IMO.

Iris is bright and clear and [name_f]Iris[/name_f] and [name_f]Flora[/name_f] make a sweet, nature themed, vintage feeling set :slight_smile:

Iris Sh- sounds fine :slight_smile:

Iris is my #1 these days! I love that itā€™s delicate yet strong, short but not abrupt, an familiar but not super popular.

I donā€™t mind ā€œ[name_f]Iris[/name_f] Sh-ā€ - I suppose it isnā€™t the easiest transition but it doesnā€™t bother me.

I have an [name_f]Iris[/name_f], so obviously I love it!

I donā€™t love it with a Sh last name tho, I agree with @fearlessfirefly about it sounding like Irish/running into each other.

I love the sibset [name_f]Iris[/name_f] and [name_f]Flora[/name_f]!
