Irish & Scottish Berries- HELP!

Hello!
I’ve recently come across the name Cináed, and I’m having trouble establishing the correct pronunciation. The name is fascinating and the meaning (born of fire) is great, but the pronunciations I’ve found don’t seem to agree. Some I’ve seen:
KIN - nee
KIN - nay
KIN -nayd (rhymes with [name_f]Sinead[/name_f])
KIN - ahj (rhymes with Minaj?)

Does anyone know the proper pronunciation? And is it different in [name_f]Ireland[/name_f] v. [name_f]Scotland[/name_f]?

Based on my extremely limited knowledge of Scots Gaelic, I’d guess Kin-nay or Kin-ahj.

Thanks @islandmoon! I like the Kin-nay pronunciation, but I don’t want to seem like an ignoramus if that isn’t correct : )
