We are looking for a Hebrew name for a girl and we really love [name]Adara[/name] or [name]Adarah[/name], but I find different info on it’s origin, is it Hebrew or Arabic?

It is Hebrew but very uncommon - it feels a little contrived to me somehow. I like [name]Adira[/name] (which has the name root) or [name]Atara[/name] (which means crown) better. [name]Hadara[/name] or [name]Hadar[/name] (which means beautiful/special and also refers to citrus) is pretty too.
I think that is a gorgeous name!
[name]Adara[/name] isn’t really used as a name, though it would be the feminine of the Jewish month of [name]Adar[/name].
I’d highly suggest [name]Adira[/name] (meaning: noble, strong), or [name]Adina[/name] (meaning: sweet, pleasant).
