Is Avalon uninspiring to you?

I am just curious whether [name]Avalon[/name] gives off the vibe of “I-really-liked-the-name-but-there-wasn’t-anything-better-anyway.” Does it feel like [name]Winter[/name] to you? I say that because often these are the names labelled trendy.

Thanks Berries!

I hear [name]Avalon[/name] and I think of the island where [name]King[/name] [name]Arthur[/name] was taken. It’s not a name to me.

I think [name]Avalon[/name] doesn’t sound uninspiring, just very Arthurian.

I agree about [name]Avalon[/name] being very “Arthurian”. But it sounds pretty anyway.
And what is wrong with [name]Winter[/name]? It may sound trendy but it’s so pretty!(of course biased here:))

I quite like it, I like the [name]Arthur[/name] connection, and you also get the [name]Roxy[/name] [name]Music[/name] song!

I would think literary -not uninspired.

I wouldn’t say it is uninspired. I could see Avalon becoming more trendy, though, especially with Ava and Avery being so popular as people look for an alternative name ( like the Maddie and Addie names). I love the literary connection, but it’s not my personal style.

i like it… its one of those names that havent become overly popular so leave you second guessing it! if you like it its lush! ava for short form… x
