I’m very interested in the name Emma Marie because I love the long ee ending together with Emma, but is the Emma Ma… too rhymey?
Yes
Thought so.
I think its fine !!!
Its maybe a little sing songy but I think its ok. Other long E ending ideas:
[name_f]Emma[/name_f] [name_f]Rosalie[/name_f]
[name_f]Emma[/name_f] [name_u]Holly[/name_u]
[name_f]Emma[/name_f] [name_f]Melody[/name_f]
[name_f]Emma[/name_f] [name_f]Melanie[/name_f]
[name_f]Emma[/name_f] [name_f]Sadie[/name_f]
[name_f]Emma[/name_f] [name_f]Felicity[/name_f]
[name_f]Emma[/name_f] [name_u]January[/name_u]
[name_f]Emma[/name_f] [name_f]Lucy[/name_f]
[name_f]Emma[/name_f] [name_f]Daphne[/name_f]
[name_f]Emma[/name_f] [name_f]Cecily[/name_f]
[name_f]Emma[/name_f] [name_f]Annemarie[/name_f]
[name_f]Emma[/name_f] [name_f]Rosemarie[/name_f]
I think it works - I’ve seen it used before
Seems fine to me
I’d be willing to bet that [name_f]Emma[/name_f] [name_u]Marie[/name_u] is one of the most common girl’s names given in the English-speaking world over the past two decades. It is fine.
I don’t think it is too rhymey to use, but I wouldn’t… I think if you say it fast, it sounds like [name_u]Emery[/name_u] too.
If you like the long EE with [name_f]Emma[/name_f], what about:
[name_f]Emma[/name_f] [name_f]Coralie[/name_f]
[name_f]Emma[/name_f] Magalie (I think the longer Magalie helps make the M’s not too bad?)
[name_f]Emma[/name_f] [name_f]Natalie[/name_f]
[name_f]Emma[/name_f] [name_f]Serenity[/name_f]
[name_f]Emma[/name_f] [name_f]Felicity[/name_f]
[name_f]Emma[/name_f] [name_f]Penelope[/name_f]
[name_f]Emma[/name_f] [name_u]Zoe[/name_u]
[name_f]Emma[/name_f] [name_f]Floralie[/name_f]
[name_f]Emma[/name_f] [name_f]Linley[/name_f]
[name_f]Emma[/name_f] [name_u]Hadley[/name_u]
[name_f]Emma[/name_f] [name_f]Sophie[/name_f]
[name_f]Emma[/name_f] [name_f]Thessaly[/name_f]
Good luck!
I think it’s fine, especially if it’s first name middle name. Might be a bit tongue-twistery if it’s a double first, but it’s still usable imo.
I think they’re fine! [name_u]Marie[/name_u] is well-used enough as a middle name that I think it’s pretty mild.
[name_f]My[/name_f] name is actually [name_f]Emily[/name_f] [name_u]Marie[/name_u]. And I had a friend growing up who was [name_f]Emma[/name_f] [name_u]Marie[/name_u]. Personally I don’t like it because I think the M sounds are too much, but if you like it then use it. It’s a very popular first name paired with a very popular middle name, so I don’t think most people would think much of it.
